I haven't done as many miles as I'd like in my new BMW, but my god what I have done, I've loved every single mile. The car is great and running well, I'm very happy. I received brilliant customer service and my car was ready at the time agreed and looked immaculate. over-all a great experience, would happily recommend.

Can't fault the guys they were great, did everything they should have, really great salesmen. I have had four 5 Series now but upgraded to an estate for the first time. I needed the space for my new rescue dog so the estate is perfect. The car is great, they aren't made to be slow cars... and I can certainly vouch for the power behind the wheel, its incredible and highly enjoyable, I can't fault the drive.

I bought a BMW X5, really enjoying the car, its beautiful. I love everything about the car and couldn't have picked something to suit me better. Ben was helpful during the sale and answered all my questions, I also dealt with Ryan who was on the ball and very proactive. I would recommend and happily rate 5 stars.

Helpful staff at Mercia Motors, I bought a Skoda and although I was really happy with it a few weeks after buying it broke down. I wasn't too pleased with that but they did resolve the issue for me. Since having the car back its been great, very pleased.

Excellent service at Mercia Motors, I will 100% be returning there next time I need to change my car. They were really helpful and everybody I spoke to was very polite and kind. I cannot fault the Vauxhall Astra, the price was very good I thought, No complaints at all, a true 5 star garage.
