Mercia Motors went above and beyond with regards to customer service and care. I enquired on Wednesday and was picking the car up on Saturday, all the paperwork was done and the car was ready to drive away at the time agreed. The car is excellent, I am chuffed with it! Would highly recommend them.

I bought a very nice BMW from Mercia Motors and couldn't be happier. The car is running well and the service received when I was buying it was brilliant. I will return in the future when I'm due an upgrade, but for now - I will happily recommend to others!

Very happy with my Vauxhall Insignia, the car is perfect and was a good price too compared to what's about. The staff were helpful and professional and will be going back again when I need to change my motor. Would recommend.

This was the most stress free car buying experience ever, Mercia Motors were very helpful and welcoming, the cars are spotless throughout its well worth the journey if your looking to buy a car, I didn't feel pressured into buying a car either which was great as some dealers are in your face as soon as you get there. A genuinely nice dealership that's happy to help. My Audi A5 is honestly like a brand new car. I love it and thank you so much to everyone at the dealer, I highly recommend them.

Very helpful friendly garage, not at all pushy salesman and let you browse by yourself. I bought a Citroen DS3 from Mercia Motors and very pleased with it. Gleaming on collection and looked lovely with no problems! Would highly recommended this garage for buying a car

Really easy transaction buying my Vauxhall Astra GTI it was all done over the phone and then they delivered it to me which was fantastic. They are quick and efficient company, lovely and friendly staff and definitely recommend!

A great experience with Mercia Motors. Bought a fiat 500 which is a nice nippy little thing. Had a few issues but the guys down there were more than happy in sorting me out, really accommodating.

Second to none experience from Mercia Motors. A really reliable dealership that you can trust. My first time buying here after being recommended by a friend and can for sure say I'll be back again. Met some lovely chaps down at Mercia Motors, very welcoming and chatty... saw the guys today to book it in to get the issue with the air con resolved but they were very accommodating and took care of me well. The car is driving nicely though, loving every minute of it...
