Fantastic purchase from Mercia. Got a VW Tiguan a few days ago and am really pleased with it. A great car, great size and runs brilliantly. It was high mileage so it was a bit of a risk but I'm more than reassured that if anything was to arise that Mercia Motors would be there to help me. Then again, the car is in fantastic condition, its really been taken care of, so I would be surprised if it did! It was spotless on collection, cleaned to a really high standard. To the point it gave me the 'new car' smell! The guys down there are great, we go way back and I've dealt with them previously and bought cars here before. Always provide a quality service which makes me go back time and time again.

I bought a Mini Clubman from Mercia Motors a recently and I'm head over heels for it. Its an absolutely gorgeous car, a great size and a great drive. Even just for the short amount of time I've had it, I've absolutely and utterly fell in love with the way that it drives. Its amazing!! There was a few scratches on it but I think it was Mark who said that he would sort that for me when I go back for a service, which I really didn't mind! Mark was great and so were the other staff. They all looked after me and were really helpful. The car was ready on time with no delays. They did everything that I asked and answered all the questions that I had. I'm very pleased to how everything went 😊

Not this Friday but the last I bought a Jaguar from Mercia Motors. It was a big buy so I wanted it to be right. I went down to have a look at it and it looked a great car. It was Ryan that looked after me and he was great. He made sure I knew everything that I needed to know about the car and he answered all my questions. A really knowledgeable guy that couldn't do enough for me. Working in customer service myself, I know a good staff member when I see one. I can guarantee that Ryan is a credit to Mercia Motors. The only issue I had was that there was only 1 key at the time I bought it so had to wait for another one and also the engine management light came on but once again Ryan was more than accommodating and got me straight back round to get that sorted for me there and then. He is honestly a fantastic salesman and really did make my car buying experience top-notch. Thanks Ryan, I really appreciate all your hard work and effort 👍

I purchased an Audi A3 S Line recently and I am made up with it, the car is unreal, I'm loving driving it. I dealt with Adam, he was brilliant, any questions I asked, he answered, was always willing to help. Everybody I spoke to was very friendly and just generally nice people.

Thank you to Adam at Mercia Motors, he was extremely helpful and gave me some great advice, he was really good. I went to see a VW Touareg and the car needed some jobs doing, but Adam got all of this organised and completed well before I was due to get the car. Its absolutely great, I love it!

Cracking Audi purchased, no hassle whilst purchasing - the team were there when I needed assistance but left me to look over the car in my own time - no breathing down my neck. It was a nice experience and stress-free one, I would happily buy here again, the car is fantastic, very pleased.
