Very bad experience with Mex Car Sales Ltd. As it was a very rainy day on the collection day, I had to just take the word of the seller as gospel and was not able to properly check on site. Upon receiving the car at home, I learned that the right fender and bumper were terribly repainted, wheels were in poor condition, the left rear tire was damaged, and there was an uneven gap between the bumper and the hood—all of which I was never informed about. I tried to call them; over the phone, the seller yelled at me. I am currently in talks with the finance company regarding what can be done. The cost of the car was so much that it should have been in immaculate condition. I would highly recommend not buying from this dealership as a lack of transparency and truly shocking customer service. Not worth the risk!

My husband bought a car from here in July 2023. It was a Peugeot 308, 66 reg. In June 2024 the timing belt went on the car causing engine damage. We have just had to pay out over £4000 for repair. I contacted Mex Cars to ask for the service history as they had given 2022 but not 2023. They never returned my call.

Bought a car and 6 months later engine needed a complete rebuild costing nearly 3k - personally i would advise steering well clear of them
I bought a Kia Venga from Mex Cars, Isleworth on Jan 13th 2024 and was shocked to discover when I got home that the oil was completely black and I could hear a noise when braking [which I had noticed on the test drive]. They told me it had been checked and serviced 2 weeks earlier and showed me the stamp in the logbook. I had to spend another £650 replacing 2 brake discs, 4 brake pads and a full service to change the oil, filters, etc etc. Do not trust this garage.

I have contacted this car dealer 2 times in different days,regarding a £690 car they did not contact me back maybe because is a very cheap car, they just ignore my request, my idea was to book a day to see the before I buy the car. In my point of view doesn't matter if is a poor client or a rich client money is money, but apparently this car dealer they don't care is the client has only money to buy a very cheap car. Bought Nissan Note two weeks ago and was informed that car was checked and serviced. There was a stamp in the book. Took it to my car mechanic to check it out and unfortunately he confirmed that service was not done. Had to change oil and filter. Had also to change the belt, all at my expense. Make sure you are not in this position, Check it properly.
I brought a Nissan Note from Mexs cars just recently and within 2 days there were problems. Its now in a garage waiting to get repaired. I have been told that the timing chain has stretched despite the car having a low mileage. I feel terribly let down as I have 2 young children and wanted to buy a reliable and newish car for both work and family. The car is not fit for purpose when I purchased it. Its heart breaking to think that I have could have put my children at risk whilst driving on the motorway. I notified Mexs cars of my concerns and no one has bothered to contact me. Why has this happened to me?

Bought a car from this garage and after checks found out the car had been in a previous accident, there was an issue with the airbag, AC, chassis etc. Basically sold me a lemon and they refused to do anything about it. Had to bear the loss. Do not be deceived by their nice and friendly nature when you meet them in person.

Just bought a White HONDA Civic Tourer diesel 1.6 from Mec Cars Ltd, Isleworth/London, all in all, very pleased with the car. Traded my other car in for a good price. The staff where very helpful and handled & helped with the key areas. Car had all the paper work / books and wheel lock. How did i find this dealership - The company had found a very RARE car which had been sourced Via Honda. With full service history. And had been advertised on Exchange&Mart website. Excellent.

Excellent car excellent condition. Came fully serviced with MOT. 72/73k on the clock. For a year 12 plate car couldnt wished for a better deal ! AA had checked it out and endorset the sale.These guys know what they're doing when it comes to cars,get yours ftom here.Whatever it is,you'll get a good deal ! 5 stars
