Never good news to hear the garage suggest not worth further investigation and expensive repair...but within hours Imran had sorted out a deposit into my bank account and a suitable time for pick up of our vehicle. I had done salvage/repair quote enquiries on quite a few sites and ended up with more people calling/contacting than I expected. The range of offers to buy and tow away ranged from £0 to £1000. There was no question out the several £1000 offers who to choose because Imran was polite, facilitative and non pressuring. The others were pretty intimidating and manipulative. It’s a good business model being friendly but understanding that trust has to be earned. Cheers Imran!
