Highly impressive customer service levels throughout the whole process, I couldn't pick a single fault even if I tried. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and did everything they could for me whilst remaining highly professional. It was a very quick turnaround and was very straight forward. I only bought a little Peugeot 207 form these guys, I was just after something cheap and cheerful to get me from A to B. I felt like I was the only customer and as though I was spending 1000's and 1000's on a car, they treated me as good as any other customer. I was so impressed by how good the car was and how good of a condition it was considering its of age and mileage. The salesman was spot on, in fact everybody was absolutely fantastic. I felt they really went above and beyond for me. They even did some touch ups on the car upon my request just to make it that bit better for me. I honestly cannot praise the team enough, they provided first class service from beginning to end and looked after me better than any dealer has before. Matt and John were absolutely brilliant to deal with, they honestly went above the duty when I was buying my Range Rover, they were so helpful and put me at ease straight away, they didnt apply any pressure to buy the car and explained everything clearly so I fully understood. Matthew was an absolute pleasure to deal with, I went to MH after finding a beautiful Audi TT with them. Matthew guided me through the process very well, ensuring I had all of the necessary info before making a decision.
