Rang them beforehand and travelled up from Bristol for a car described as immaculate. Got there the car was perfect! Was allowed to test drive on my own. They got the car ready for two days later and its been spot on since!

Jack, Bobby & Sean at Michael Kiernan Cars... I can't fault in their honesty and help, shame the car didn't live up to expectations. I purchase a 2009 Focus Titanium with 27k miles on the clock, I owned it for a month and I only had it in my possession for 4 days. Last straw was when Ford themselves said they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Fair play to the staff, no quibble refund, except the owners attitude regarding reimbursing me the cost of a full tank of fuel that was in the car when it came back on the back of a flatbed. He paid but his attitude stunk.

Thank you for your review I'm sorry that there was a problem I refunded you know problem we have been in business 44 years I've never been accused of having a bad attitude if I remember correctly I just refunded you your fuel money NO questions with NO attitude the only thing you said to me was your going to go suck it out which I replied your more than welcome this was said jokingly! I thought? I certainly wouldn't have a bad attitude for £70 worth of fuel Sorry if you took it the wrong way. As for the car 27,000 miles full service history you don't expect any problems but I've seen new cars have problems it's how you handle and deal with them we sent it to ford themselves couldn't do anymore. Just bought a BMW X5 everything as described good service only thing was supposed to be sold with a full tank and either they didn't have enough petty cash or the garage ran out of fuel as it only had 3/4 tank lol

I am very happy with my car from Michael Kiernan Cars! It's been perfect and the staff have all been really helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process. The car is very good value for money and I have had no issues with it at all. When I collected it, it was really nice and clean and in great condition. I would definitely recommend.

I brought a citroen c4 1.6 vti from this dealership what a fantastic service from start to finish they arranged the finance for me and I collected the act all clean and tidy as arranged. the car developed a small fault the day after purchased I took it back to them and they identified the problem sourced the part and booked the car in for next day when I took the car in to be repaired I had arranged for my wife to come out of work to pick me up but they gave me a car to drive until mine was fixed what an amazing service I would recommend this dealer to anyone bobby and David are great guys and the mechanic is too thanks everyone for all your help

Very good service and after care. Only issues is that the car was sold with full service history and I am still waiting for the service book. I have had a wheel blow out but the dealer came and sorted it straight away. When I received the car is was in immaculate condition. All in all, I would recommend this dealership.

Travelled 100 miles to view a car described as excellent condition. Car was as described and at a great price. They even collected me from the train station. Keep up the good work guys.
Bought Citroen c5 tourer from Micheal Kiernan Motors.Came over from Ireland and couldn't find anything to complain with.Car was as described and they had the car ready for test drive so I could bring back to Ireland on the same day.Great communication wit the lads before I left Ireland on details of car and they even collected me at train station to bring me to garage. If buying from Uk will definitely be in touch with Bobby.Good selection of cars in stock.

Happy overall with my Ford Focus from Micheal Kiernan Cars. The car was cleaned exceptionally well and waxed, only issue with that though was is that the wax was covering up some scratched that I didn't discover until after I had washed the car. Another issue is that the near bumper has dropped no I will be having this checked but I am chuffed with the car other than that and I would recommend the dealership.
