My parents have been struggling to get a car on motability since February so I decided to take over. So I contacted the Fiat garage in Middleton on Sea and spoke to a lovely lady named Jane and explained my mum desperately needed a car as she has health problems which prevents her from walking too far and that she had been without a car since February. Jane was so lovely and told me to leave it with her she would see what she could do, the same day she phoned to say they had a car in stock available on matability, she booked us in the next day to look at the car and fill in the forms to get the process started, long story short Jane managed to get the paper work all completed and my mum had a car in just over a week after my initial telephone call with her. Jane is so friendly and helpful she always made us comfortable and offered us drinks and was so welcoming even my 6 year old daughter absolutely loved her. Thank you so much Jane!
