We approached Kain to sell my recently deceased fathers car. He put the car on his forecourt for £4500 and it quickly sold. However, as he was waiting for the “finance to come through” he transferred us £1000 then nothing……. Even with legal action NOTHING! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DISHONEST THIEF, if he can steal from a grieving family this person clearly has no morals or remorse and will no doubt rob others blind.

Bought a car from this company, the owners name is Kain, which he was selling on eBay. It was described as having a full service history. I had the car delivered to me, when it arrived the service book was missing. I was told it had been accidentally left in the office but it would be sent the next day by recorded delivery. After five days of excuses and lies the service book has never materialised and I have now been blocked from communicating with him. I see I’m not the first person he’s done this to, and I’m sure I won’t be the last. I will now be reporting him to trading standards and the Motor Ombudsman.

Rude and blunt to answer simple questions. Responses were sarcastic and attitude was poor. Knowledge on status of car in their fleet was also questionable. Avoid!

Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole. Very hostile response when just asking for details of a vehicle. Definitely need to go to customer service charm school. If that’s what they are like when you’re potentially buying a vehicle, what’s the after sales like?!!!
