Only giving Midlands Sport & Prestige 1 star because i have to. Bought an audi s3 from them and had nothing but problems with it, wouldnt give me a refund when i asked, said they would make the car right after countless phone calls back and fourth and trips to and from burton (200 mile round trip) they did a half arsed job at getting my car right. I cut my loses in the end and took it to a 'proper' garage n stood the bill myself. Bunch of cowboys thats jus want your money! BE WARNED! AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

I'm only giving 1 star rating as that is the lowest rating I could give Midlands Sport & Prestige. We had a 3hour and 30 minute journey down there to buy an audi s3 2009 when we got there the bodywork of the car was not as described it had stonechips all over the front bumper, the clearcoat was peeling on the bonnet and the rear arches and front wings were rusted. We bought the car regardless after travelling all that way after all it can be sorted. The car was advertised as having 12 months mot but after handing over the money we got told we would have to sort the mot and bill them which we did at a struggle (on a Saturday) and never did get refunded after numerous phone calls. At the start of the journey back the car when into limp mode again we was told to send them the bill which we did and never heard anything back. Buying a £8500 car you would expect it to be fully working after handing over the money they just chucked us out with a dodgy car. AVOID These Cowboys. Disgusting how these treat their customers.

Do not buy from here cars are not as described car had to go into on several occasions to fix faults even had 3 bald tyres that they would nor recompense me for

ive had loads of problems the car i bought from midlands sports and prestige, wasnt what he told me it was with condition of the car it took ages to get problems fixed and kept fobbing me off with book it in for another 2 weeks then they had the car 3 weeks and still wasnt fixed they gave it me back with oil leaking worse then it did before the "courtesy car" they gave us after i kicked off set on fire oil leaked onto the manifold and i had my pregnant gf and 2 kids in the car and the car i part exchanged in hasnt been registered to them so ive been fined for not taxing a car i dont own so i went to them yesterday to tell them about it they said to come back tomorrow with the letter and they will pay the fine as they have now sold the car a silver astra n just been over to give them the fine and they dont want to know useless avoid

Haven't even bought a car from them and they're still not refunding me for deposit to view the car. I've found countless times to claim the £200 back for viewing the car and not being happy with it's condition and by law it's within my rights to place a fully refundable deposit on a car when not viewed and to receive said refund on view if unhappy. They're ignoring calls and constantly saying they'll call back and never do. Really poor service from what seemed like honest gentlemen. AVOID THIS COMPANY and find an alternative dealership.
