We purchase a car from Mike Neal Car Warehouse. Had the car less than a week, when we found it had a water leak. Took it back and he said he would get it repaired. Mike said that they had fitted a hose clip. We picked it up again and it still had the leak. We noticed that a sealant had been used in the past. We were reluctant to let them have it back and said we wanted to have it repaired elsewhere. Mike pleaded for us to take it back in, for his garage to repair. We reluctantly took it back to him. After 8 days and many phone calls/text he said it was fixed, (we had to chase him up all the time, he kept making excuses) This garage does not have any after sales service, the staff (apart from Paul) are not friendly and we certainly would not buy a car from them in the future. Also my husband had left some tools in the boot and when we checked we found that his socket set was missing.

Avoid this seller. Travelled 110 miles to pick the car up and went I got there to check car out it had 2 back tires at 1.6mm tread on them so by the time I would of got home 110 miles it would of been under the legal limit. Also car was on sale with 60000 miles on the clock and when check on arrival it have over 69000 knowing I was traveling distance for this car had no fuel in it. Salesman was rude and refused to give back my deposit back when I decline to take the car. He got the owner there and he also refused to refund me. AVIOD AVIOD AVOID.
