Went to view a car. Arranged 1 werk prior about the car. Mike is very condasending. Didn't allowed a test drive on 25k car. He then proceeds to say he won't sell it to be as I questioned his integrity. Then messages me a few days later trying to sell me the car again . Crazy old man .
AVOID AT ALL COSTS Terrible. Shocking. Disgusting. Disgraceful. I purchased a Range Rover sport approx 2 months ago. Before I bought the car I asked Mike about his bad reviews on google and he said to ignore as mostly were competitors! I stupidly didnt. I asked Mike to make sure the brake pads were ok as Im very familiar with range rover brake pads and he said he would. I drove the car home after buying it and all seemed fine. 3 days later i drove it again and there was no Aircon and the breaks were starting to squeak. I called him and he said he had no idea about any of this. He said he would repay the costs and he confirmed the 6 month warranty taken out with the car would not cover this. I was really annoyed especially by the squeeky brakes and no AC. Mike suggested the car needed new gas so I took it to a local garage and the cost was approx 225, i sent mike a text and he agreed to pay. A week later the brakes were so bad - shot to pieces according to the mechanic - I had to get new brake pads at a cost of 440 - still not been paid back for this. Worse to come, a couple of days later the service light came on and the AC was not working again. I called Mike and texted and no reply. I booked the car in to be checked and it was confirmed there was a hole in the condenser and the garage listed a whole lot of repairs that needed completing, including 4 new tyres as they are on the legal limit, new suspension arms as the car will fail the next MOT, and a few other bits. Total cost for the service and fixings was 1900 EXCLUDING the tyres and suspension arms. I called Mike to get the warranty as it would cover the AC and have just been told a whole load of lies as it appears no warranty exists on the car! I was left stranded with my car off the road because a warranty could not be produced. I called Mike and got told a warranty rep would send me the warranty - still nothing been provided (this is 2 weeks on now). I reported to Oracle Finance who have also had no success in recovering my warranty. He has been sent my repairs bills via Oracle Finance and Ive sent texts but he has not even bothered to respond, not even an apology or offer of any kind. Still no warranty has been provided as was advertised and agreed when buying the car. I still have another huge bill to pay as the tyres need replacing and the suspension arms are bust.

Recently purchased a Range Rover from mike Neal cars trade outlet and wish I'd had listened to these reviews ! Told me the car had full service history and was waiting for the service book to come in and would send on but I've received the book and it's part service history and not been serviced in over 4 years and 40,000 miles , so I've ended up spending £640 for it to get major service , Also said it has 2 keys and 1 fell apart when I got home and checked it infact it didn't even work ! Wouldn't answer his phone and total lies told ! Avoid like everyone else says ! I believe the autotrader reviews are fake and done by them selves !
Bought a car just over 3 months ago from Mike Neal Trade Outlet, it's been back over 4 times and to 2 other garages also, turbo went, oil pump went, turbo pipes went, brakes front and back went, absolute cowboy jokers, and they never answer their phone! i'm actively pursuing them through my solicitor.
Bought cat 3 weeks later catalytic converter needed replaced, service and M.O.T, done on buying Customer service appalling.
I'm so unhappy. I bought a 207cc from the pontefract garage 8 weeks ago. It has been back 5 times twice on a town truck. I've just had a engineer out to have some look at my car from the fiance company and its not fit to be on the road in his opinion. So am now left with a car not fit to drive. Mike neal has said were not welcome at his garages and won't deal with my car...saying if we were stupid enough to buy a pugeot car then what should expect. Please avoid this garage. He is arrogant, aggressive and wanted to fight outside the garage!!!!!!!! Awful man. Awful garage

PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON MIKE NEAL absolutely terrible. They take your money give you false information and refuse to give your money back at the moment ive raised a dispute with my credit card company to try and get £200 back which was a deposit for a car if they dont succeed its going to have to go to the small claims court. They have sold the vehicle that i put a £200 deposit on and will not give me my money back. They have no landline telephone number for contacting the garages and trying to get them to answer mobiles (which they have a few different numbers) is terrible. they gave me false information with regards to buying the car for which was going to be half cash and half finance. Their telephone manner is appauling when you finally do get to speak to one of the bosses. They will not send you any paperwork through the post which i have requested on numerous occasions (receipt and terms and conditions). They also keep changing their company name. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARAGE.
