I have had ongoing issues with extremely poor customer service and lack of. Tried bringing this to the attention of the management, however two years down the line nothing has changed but got worse! My complaints it seems are not being addressed, very disappointing

I have been using Milcars since 2004, they have serviced it since new and the car has been virtually faultless during that time. The service team have always been very helpful in arranging appointments and loan cars, and when issues cropped up, the workshop manager was always very patient in helping explain what had happened. Whilst not glitzy like some dealerships, they offer fantastic service and support when the occasional problems occurred

That says it all! I have bought my vehicles from Milcars since 2008. Consistent caring attention and sound advice. I have just purchased a used car To run alongside my CX5. Milcars sourced a three year old car and in pristine showroom condition. Glen ensured all my requirements were met. Phil, Panay and all staff spot on with their customer care. Front of house counter staff polite and keen to satisfy. I now live in Yorkshire but will continue to travel to Watford for any cars I may buy in the future. Well done all!

Not one to leave reviews but would like to say thanks to Neil F at Milcars Mazda Watford who helped me with my purchase of a used 2019 CX5. No hard selling - knowledgeable, helpful and made the experience what it should be, a good one. Needed a faster turnaround due to an emergency and they were able to accommodate, so thanks to the rest of the team for that also. Next time I get a car, I’d want to see Neil F again. 👍

Approved section- the customer care most likely need some improvement. After the appointment was arranged, The vehicle wasn’t prepared, many scratches, stripped off the floor mats… we were told that once we pay for the car, the valeting will be made. The floor mats might be arranged…. . Upon dealing with the salesman Neil, we have been told that he will call us the next day- that didn’t happen. I’ve called them finding that Neil is busy at the moment. I’ve asked for a call back- never happened. Very disappointed. The experience in all, looked like- It is what it is, take it or leave it. Overall a benefit for us as we’ve bought so much better Mazda car with so much better experience.

I bought my Mazda from Milcars in 2010, brand new. I have always had my service and MoT at Milcars and I have to say that the customer service is exemplary. The print out given, carefully detailing the work performed (hardly anything. Mazda's are amazing!!) and the past service and MoT history is clear and well ordered. Today I will mention Stephannie and Kerry as amazing ambassadors for Milcars and for Mazda. Thank you.

Was told of their drive away insurance during conversations with the salesman David Van Geene and asked about this insurance was told not to worry we'll sort it when making arrangements to pick the car up (knowing I was travelling from Wirral to London). Arrived and it was never sorted. Then told this is something I have to sort but never advised of this beforehand and never given the number to do this. David then denies ever telling me about this insurance. I contact their manager Andrew and told him this is wrong. He contradicts himself saying they don't have to tell me but should tell me about services they offer?! Andrew looks into it further and tells me about the initial conversation where I said it sounds interesting (making David a liar because he said it was never discussed) and apparently that means I'm not interested so they don't have to fully inform their customers. My advice would be don't bother go somewhere where they do what they say and can keep their story straight.
Just brilliant. The salesman (Neil Franklin) worked hard and delivered on every promise. Above and beyond. Great service.
I have always had sports cars but got fed up, getting old,of gear changing in traffic... then I heard about the MX 5 RFautomatic. I’m told I had one of the first imported. It is the nicest car I have ever driven and the whole business of ordering, buying and driving it off was a delight. So, when I needed a new small car for transporting grandchildren I went back to Milcars Mazda and again had a brilliant experience of buying a Mazda2. Everyone from the front dest onwards is friendly and welcoming, especially the salesman Neil.

Excellent experience at Milcars Mazda from start to finish. All the staff are crisp,polite and efficient. They obviously take great pride in their cars which reflects in their terrific salesmanship. Especially Neil Franklin who goes the extra mile!. If there was a top salesman award then it should be awarded to Neil. Excellent sales and aftercare sales service by everyone I dealt with including Chris who was very patient explaining all the cars features.
