I have to say the process of purchasing my car was completely flawless. I arranged a test-drive by phone, and when I went into the dealership the next day as arranged, I was met by sales executive Neil Franklin (neil.franklin@milcars.com). Neil listened to my requirements, didn’t waste my time trying to convince me to purchase anything I didn’t need, and took me out on a thrilling test ride around the local lanes. On top of that, I got a fantastic deal, which means I’ve got a much higher-specced car than I expected to be able to afford. The car - an MX5 RF 1.5 Sport Nav - is fantastic: I’d spent the past three months looking at reviews online, and I knew it was the car I wanted, but driving it for the first time was amazing. It’s extremely responsive but also comfortable and forgiving. And it’s economical to run too - so far I’ve done 600 miles, most of it on 50 MPH roads, and the car has returned 53 MPG. If, like me, you’ve hankered after an MX5 for years, don’t hesitate, just buy one - you won’t regret it. I have no hesitation in recommending Milcars Watford if you are in the market for a Mazda. Neil was a delight to do business with, and I cannot recommend him highly enough.
