After buying a caravan of john one off the wheels fell off had a motorway pile up on the m1 DONT BUY ANY THING OFF THAT MAN thay also have a pallet yard on site and pump fuel out off lorry drivers.

Just lost half of my retirement money thanks to buying from Milford Caravan Park. Selling vans that are not what the pictures depict. No after sales help. Hung up the phone as I was not talking "sensible" which means I was querying everything. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!
Actually had to sent the caravan back due to in being in such poor condition. It did not match its online description and a lot of parts were damaged or mot working. The dealer was a nice enough bloke but the caravan should not have been advertised as being in excellent condition as it was no where near.

Hobby 700 premium currently on sale £13,950 price dropped by £550 since we viewed yeaterday After numerous phone calls to confirm this caravan was as good as the pictures,and having been advised there was absolutely nothing to worry about, we made an 11 hour 501 mile round trip to view this caravan and part exchange our current hobby. Outside caravan general condition was minging- all 4 wheels badly scratched. Electric socket hanging off, back locker seal burst and bedroom side window cracked at both ends,as well as one of the outside fake black windows coming off. That's even before we got inside. The stench of wee was overpowering, most seats had at least one button missing under the plastic covers. Fixed bed at rear broken. Partition bedroom divider broken. Door handles broken, kitchen taps & door handles all damaged and would need replaces. No table for front bed or cushion to make into a bed. Wouldn't touch with a barge pole. All I was looking for was a clean and tidy caravan, as ours is. Appreciate caravan was not new, but the condition in the advert was described as good interior & out. No way- extremely poor for both.

Myself and my boyfriend were looking for a caravan and decided to take advantage of the New Year's Day sale that was recently on. We went down and found a caravan we loved. It all looked great and seemed to have no issues. When we asked if there were any issues or anything we needed to know about we were told that there was nothing and everything was fine. We asked if they had all the keys for the caravan and were told yes, all the keys were there. Satisfied with this we decided to buy the caravan and got a great deal, even managing to get free delivery. Imagine our surprise then when the caravan was delivered to us today and we discovered that not only was the lock on the door broken so we could not even lock the thing, but the keys provided do not even fit one lock on the whole caravan! When we called the dealership to ask about this we were told it was not their problem and they seemed to completely disregard the fact that they had told us there were no issues or anything we should know about. We then discovered that the step and caravan leg winder we were promised would be thrown in were not in the caravan. Again when we called about this we were told that we would have to come and pick it up ourselves which was not possible as we live miles away and do not own a car. Overall these people are basically not honest and I would not trust them again or recommend them to anyone. They are nothing but a bunch of liars and we are now having to spend extra money fixing the issues we were not warned about. There was also no tank in the chemical toilet, despite the fact that I am certain there was one when we initially looked at it. Do not waste your money at Milford Caravan Park.

We travelled down from Aberbeenshire to deal with John. We found him extremely helpful and friendly we had a good deal on a Geist caravan John made sure that we had everything for our journey home. I would definitely deal with him again. I'm sorry things never turned out for you. But I'm sure if you go to John he'll get things sorted out for you
Milford Caravan weren't bad, I'd say its the sort of place you would have to go down and see for yourself. When I went to pick the caravan up they just sort of left me to it, not the most hands on approach. Overall it was just OK and I suppose I would still recommend them.

Brilliant all round the guys at Milford Caravan Park are so helpful and id without doubt recommend their caravans to anyone looking for one. I will definately be back whenever im ready for a change of caravan 5 star all round !!!
We have been buying caravan from this Famly for years always nice guys and a great price .no pushy sales talk just no lies very honest vans are sold at export price as seen the vans are thousands cheaper than book price we have ad 3 vans from milford caravan park and paid by bank transfer and ad them deliver the vans for us we have ad no problems yes few nigerly bits but used van stuff would defiantly recommend Milford .ps we made a profit on our first van we got after 18 months.will be back next year when got some more cash.thanks Taylor's
