I have had Volvos for 40 years and am now on number 20 . I have dealt with this company since they have been in Sunderland. The service which I have had from Jim and Dave have been second to none, They have bent over backwards to to help me in my recent selection, in fact over the years that they have been in Sunderland all of the staff including workshop engineers have been outstanding. That is the main reason that they are the only people that I deal with. Special mention must go to the receptionist Elizabeth who, no matter what sees to our comfort and refreshment whever we call in, overall this dealer is OUTSTANDING.

Just took charge of XC60 sold to me by Declan-from start to finish he was on the ball with his customer service and made the whole process easy- even when I nearly went for a merc-didn’t fluster him-great service

On to my third Volvo now,and I must say that the service provided by this dealership has been nothing short of brilliant.From first contact,presentation of the car and the service department really do stand out.Bought my daughter a Vauxhall Corsa,a trade in ar this garage they also have looked after the car brilliantly,I have no hesitation what so ever as to recommend them for your next choice of car,pop into this dealership and you won't be dissapointed
Many thanks to the staff at Mill volvo sunderlandand volvo UK I was having issues with a intermittent fault it turned out to be a egr valve and the service department and volvo UK replaced it free of charge on a extended warranty many thanks to mill volvo Sunderland for this will definitely use again for car service again thankyou

I have just purchased my 3rd Volvo and I am very pleased with it. The staff have been helpful and the car was spotless and in excellent condition. I am quite happy with the price of the car, Its worth it and although I have had no issues up to now, they have contacted me to ask if they can have a look at the clutch. I would recommend this dealership.
