I recently bought a Mazda CX-7 from Milton Motor Company and I've been very impressed with it. Although I had a small issue with the handbrake initially, it has been fixed, and now it's perfect. I can't remember the salesman's name, but the customer service was great. They even offered a test drive, which was a nice touch and helped me to make my decision. The car was well within my budget, and it was good to see that the car was exactly as advertised compared to seeing it online. A very positive experience.

I don't have a bad word to say about the team at Milton Motor Centre. From the first point of contact with this dealership through to the handover, they were amazing. There was none of the hard-selling nonsense that you come across in lots of other dealerships. I realised there was only one key when I collected the car, but as soon as I let Milton Motor Centre know, they got another key posted out to me. It really was a brilliant service that deserves nothing less than top marks.

Milton Motor Centre is very good at what they do. I really enjoyed buying my VW from them, and I'm still enjoying my car very much. I am a hard person to please, so I will give them a 4. If they had given me the car for free, then it would have been a 5. 🤣

The car runs smoothly, making every drive in it a pleasure. The delivery process was handled by a team of professionals who were fantastic. They walked us through all the paperwork with patience and clarity, ensuring we understood every detail. In a generous gesture, they even discounted the delivery fee, which was a pleasant surprise. One of the highlights of this experience was the condition of the car upon delivery. The tyres were almost brand new, ensuring a safe and comfortable ride. The fuel tank was half full, allowing us to enjoy a drive as soon as we received the car. The Honda CR-V had been valeted to a high standard, and the interior was thoroughly vacuumed. The cleanliness of the car truly reflected the care and attention to detail of the team. We would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and I would not think twice about buying another car from here when we decide to upgrade.

Milton Motor Centre impressed me so much that I would confidently recommend any of my family and friends to buy a car from them. The customer service from this dealership was second to none. The sales team really worked hard to make sure everything was stress-free for me. They let me have a good look at the car without watching over me, but they were also available if I had any questions for them. I'm thrilled to bits with my Toyota, it is a lovely car and smooth on the road.

Customer service certainly isn't something that's lacking at the Milton Motor Centre. Danny was fantastic; after finding a Jag S-Type that really met my requirements in regards to specs and mileage. He was very informative and friendly throughout! All my questions were answered, the test drive went very smoothly, and it was all-around very efficient service. I even got to drive away on the very same day. I really can't think of anything else they could have done better, and I most certainly would come back again for my next car. Great work.

I really can't fault the staff at Milton Motor Centre; honestly, they couldn't do enough for us. While viewing their Lexus, the staff were very courteous and gave us the space needed to have a proper look over the car. They didn't once feel pestered or pressured into making a decision. Based on this customer service, I would easily give them 6*'s if I could just not the standard dealership there. 

After carefully browsing through the internet looking for a new reliable car dealership to get my next family car, I came across the Milton Motor Centre. Having read some of their reviews, I decided to take a punt on their VW Touran without seeing the car. When the car got delivered, I honestly wasn't sure what to expect, but the driver was extremely good, allowing me the time to inspect the car and quickly test it before giving him the all-clear and accepting the vehicle. It was exactly as described, so no quibbles from me. It's great to see a genuine dealership; I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for their next motor.
