Sold us a faulty car which had an engine light show on our way home. We paid for an independent inspection at a local garage to confirm the faults. Dealer denied then, accused us of lying so we had to take it to court. Finally after several years the case was heard and the judge saw through his lies and told him to refund our money!

Fortunately all of this was proven in court. We would not make this statement had we not won the case, of which you are well aware as you had to pay us back the full price of the vehicle as ordered by the judge. There is nothing defamatory about this statement whatsoever. Any damage caused to your business was done by yourself for not following the Consumer rights act.

Wouldnt bother with this garage, couldnt even be bothererd to get back to me to arrange a viewing as im 100miles away, maybe if im spending 20k mirador might of got back to me lol. bad

I saw a car advertised on auto trader call the dealer arrange the time to view the vehicle, car is fully cleaned washed absolutely immaculate all the paperwork spare keys very well mannered person dealt with this purchase hasslefree very nice selection of cars always would recommend to give them a go.

!! TOYOTA AURIS REG: GX65NPA // READ IF YOU ARE ABOUT TO BUY!! tl;dr Saw the car, loved it, put down a £300 deposit. Requested a Toyota service pre-purchase for a health check and service (for my peace of mind) before purchase and pick-up — all returned positive with a couple of advisories. Right before pick-up, I was told there was a sudden issue — P261B Engine coolant pump B control malfunction — which was to be checked and repaired/replaced by Toyota. It was replaced, but I reached out to another Toyota who serviced it for the first owner and they stated this issue had occurred before. The reason why I'm leaving this review is because what was initially a great experience turned into a terrible one where Mohammed (aka Mo) verbally gave me two options over the phone: 1) they'd refund the deposit and repost on AutoTrader 2) I'd purchase and collect the car asap — the latter with a great sense of urgency even suggesting they deliver the car. Needless to say, I wasn't about to rush into buying a car so decided to call both the Toyota it was just serviced at as well as the original one — who are a complete 3rd party with no connection to the seller whatsoever. The latter provided great advice including the risks of going ahead which involved potential issues that could cost up upwards of £1.8k (they advised entire hybrid battery could require replacing considering the aforementioned malfunction error). Anyway, as I'm writing this, I can see it's being advertised for an even higher price given what they've had to spend to repair the car. I've also not heard back from them since requesting the deposit back multiple times — on the bright side, I dodged a potentially expensive bullet. FYI: I'm writing this because I'm obviously frustrated I wasted time plus lost £300, but I'm also trying to advise whoever is looking at the below car. I hope this helps someone. Thanks for the review, we appreciate all feedback and always look to rectify any issues ASAP! However, as can be seen, the above purchase is ',NOT VERIFIED', and we certainly cannot please every customer as they do not wanna pay the asking price and when they realise we will not negotiate on the price” started to attacking faulsly accusing us even though we identified the problem had the issue fixed by Toyota main dealer we have an invoice and all the documents for the hybrid battery hybrid check customer still wanted us to discount the vehicle before handover this is totally unfair and unreasonable this is evident from our stocklist. If any vehicle that is purchased from us would have had the above issues, or any issue for that matter, so soon after purchase, we would have fixed it immediately. We spend a lot of time and effort into prep for our vehicles to avoid these sort of issues. A good reputation is very important to us and we provide a service that we believe is nothing short of excellent. Our reviews are testament to this. To any prospective buyers looking to purchase a vehicle, we have a great selection of high quality cars in stock and will always be on hand to assist you throughout your car buying journey and beyond!

Hi This is a response to your reply,who ever you are this is completely unfair and made up as we always state date of year on every ad listed also we state the service history information clearly. If the vehicle has false information it would never be accepted by me or my colleagues why would you buy a car from us ? All buyers get a proper copy of a sale invoice. Well sad people go to a very low measure or extremes lever to deflect genuine legitimate business.

Cars traded from front of rented houses. If you want a fair treatment don't use these people. They also trade as Motors4U in Slough, M4U in Slough. They don't answer advertised numbers, if you call them for answers.

Hi I don't know who you are relating your information to as these people have been so helpful and willing to work on a fair deal on any of there cars, Any one who is buying a new car needs to be very confidence and relaxed also not to be pushed in to a sale which these guy don't do, Me and my wife did read your review but we liked the car they were selling so we decided to go and have a look we were showed nice and cleaned I sit in the car playing with switch and guy offered me and the miss food and drink which was very nice of them and we looked at the car which was very well described and the best price with a very high spec so we decided to go head with the purchase we have not have a problem with them or the car. I would highly recommend them and try them honest and genuine people. I have asked them how long have you guys been in the business more then 20 years so they know how to deal with issues why would you be (Anonymous in february 2018) if you don't have anything to hide.
