Had a few niggles with the software on my Karoq. Took the car to Mitchells Skoda in Ellesmere Port. They could not have been more helpful. After they downloaded and installed a software update Karl one of their technicians on the service desk spent ages with me setting up Skoda Connect. I never once felt rushed even though he stayed past finishing time so we could complete the process. Thanks Karl and thanks Mitchells.

Chester dealership was great Debbie Lamb was brilliant plus all the staff nothing too much trouble for them - having bought another Skoda local from an ordinary non Škoda dealership - it was like chalk & cheese service customer care wise - treated brilliantly - Debbie was so professional in customer care .. It was worth the drive to get our car.......

Just bought my first ever car (used) from Mitchells and they were so helpful. Allowed me lots of test drives, some time away to think, remembered my details and followed up with ideas that I might like. Some sales people were a little lacking in more technical details of the car (acceleration time etc) but very knowledgeable about the trim and inside features. Recently bought a second hand Mazda 3 from Mitchell Mazd, and I can't fault them. The salesman was not pushy & didn't feel like a used car salesman. He clearly recognised I'd done my homework on both the car and pricing, and didn't try and mess me about at all. I've had the known issue with the wing mirrors not folding back properly since having the car, and they had it in and replaced them (under the warranty) with no quibbles (cleaning the car inside and out prior to me picking it up). I've really appreciated the little touches, like the flowers given when I picked the car up after purchase, plus the always friendly welcome, plus the added bonuses of being able to work in the dealership whilst the car was repaired (I was even offered an office), plus the car washing on Saturday mornings, plus the peronal letter received a couple of weeks after I'd purchased the vehicle. This feels like a dealership who really value your custom and want to maintain an excellent relationship with you. This is significantly superior to the experience I had a different Mazda dealership I purchased my last car from in Manchester. Bravo Mitchell Mazda! Word has been passed to friends and colleagues, some of whom will certainly now be considering you for their next vehicle purchase based on my experience.

Yesterday my second Mazda purchase from Mitchell’s. a few weeks I saw my new car decided to buy it. From that moment every thing was like ‘a walk in the park’. From the moment we started the test drive to signing for the car it was a breeze. Yesterday my car was delivered to my house by Wayne. I had recently surgery and was not able to collect it. Everything was perfect and he brought me a beautiful bouquet to cheer me up. I know Mitchell’s are exceptional but this was above and beyond... Thank you Mitchell’s and most of all thank you Wayne
