Bought a car from MJC Motors last year and they advised that I have it serviced so I am eligible for the warranty (stupid I know!) Luckily I had my usual mechanic to take a look and EVERYTHING was failing and on its way out! I spent a few thousand on a piece of rubbish! MJC are good at covering up BIG issues! Wish I had had my mechanic look at it first. Lesson learned! Taking them to court and going to get all I can out of them!

I feel your pain mate had similar problems myself a couple of years ago ended up in court was the only way to get them to pay for repairs would definitely not recmoment to my worst enemy good luck.

The car i brought from MJC Motors Tividale had no petrol in it when i went to collect it.
Now something gone wrong with it to a reply i got they have no room to sort the problem and it may be the brakes .
Also was told he would put my private plate on the car which took 4 weeks
This car i have only had for a month.
NOT THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE.

sorry to here of your bad experience.
The private plate is nothing to do with us . We don’t get involved in plate transfers.
We don’t actual do a tank of fuel in our low prices.

I ended up giving the car back due to there being too many faults. That being said I can't fault the dealership with how they responded, they owned the problem and did everything they could to get the car in working order. They are a good honest car dealership who accepted the vehicle back and didn't argue when giving me a refund, its just a shame the car wasn't fit for purpose.

We jumped everything quickly on to MJC Motors and they responded very quickly,we basically needed a car on the day and they obliged. Really pleased with our Vauxhall Zafira....Check them out
