Our sales representative was professional throughout the process, and was readily able to answer all of our questions. We never felt pressured to buy, and we never felt as though he was taking advantage of me. After a thorough test drive, we decided to buy a Mazda 6. I actually found this place through Google Reviews, even though it felt crazy to make a huge decision like where to buy a vehicle just from reviews. But I called up Sal, and just told him what kind of vehicle I was looking for. He was not sure at first if he could help me - he did not have anything like that on his lot at the time - but he stayed on the phone answering all of my first time car buyer questions for ages. Finally he offered to go out and find me the vehicle I was looking for since I was not in a hurry. Within two months, I had my dream car! Sal spent time researching what would be the best fit for me, then looked around at auctions, sending me different options and talking them through with me as he went. I ended up with an awesome 2009 MINI Hatchback. I would definitely recommend this dealership especially if you are looking for a used Mini.

This is not your typical used car dealer buying experience. No high pressure sales tactics, we just had an honest and informative conversation about what I was looking for. I had contact with Sal as I was trying to inquire about this vehicle and he was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had - I found a car online, called and inquired as to its availability and was told to come in for a test drive. I have called dealers in the past and was told a car was available, only to find out it had "just sold" moments before I arrived. Not only was the car in stock, but our sales advisor Sal had it pulled around front and ready to go. Once a decision was made, the process could not have gone smoother. More importantly, I never felt like I was being "sold" anything. Sal could not have been more professional, which my wife and I both greatly appreciated. We have had awful car buying experiences in the past and were expecting the worse coming in. The folks at Mk Auto Motors completely blew us away with their courtesy and professionalism. I would not hesitate to buy another car here or to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Most painless car buying experience I've ever had! This is the best, most efficient, honest car dealership I have ever experienced in all my years of driving. There are definitely a lot of car dealerships out there that are trying to get over on you, but I didn't feel that at all here. A+, will be recommending to all of my friends looking for a new ride. I was looking for a new car after my old car was written off. I found an advert for a Mondeo Titanium X, and it was exactly as described by MK Auto Motors. Quick and efficient service, despite the fact i was travelling from Cambridge to A) See the car, and B) Buy the car. The helped me though all the paperwork, and allowed me to purchase the road tax on their office computer. Would recommend.

Been trying to arrange to view a black mini from MK Auto Motors advertised on autotrader and their website for the last two weeks, which says car ready to drive away . Each time I rang I was told ring back, car having MOT , then it was an oil change then it was a faulty sensor , after a week of trying to arrange a view 'Simon' , was very rude and abrupt and just said 'ring back next week' and hung up on me. Shame as I was a cash buyer , a serious buyer and I wouldn't now give this arrogant, rude man my custom. My advice steer clear ...why would you advertise a car ready to drive away when its obviously not . very disappointed.
