was good speaking with the man in charge and was quick and easy to get the car sorted. once I arrived it was ready parked up waiting for me. I didn’t get a chance to look at the car prior as I had my child with me and he wasn’t in the best of moods however.. once I drove my car around the corner I noticed there was a chip in the windscreen and that the back rear light had a crack in. I have contacted them 3 times via text, email and FB messenger and got no reply yet there is a 12 month warranty? This should of been fixed before I even drove the car away..

Saw their advert, liked the look of one vehicle. Visited and viewde it. Liked it so bought it. Car was prepared as promised and very happy with the deal. Based on this I would recommend them.
Nice Volvo V40 test drive but EML immediately lit up with successive warnings requiring urgent service attention to SBS airbag and DSTC; we noted poor assorted tyres and parcel shelf missing. Oh yes, MK will fix all that and get you fresh MOT before delivery to your home free of charge; MK will contribute £240 towards new tyres of your choice when fitted by you and by the way sign here our MK 3-month guarantee. So helpful and accommodating until you part with your cash.. Then car is delivered with new clean MOT no advisory but EML warnings still on (how did they do that?), no parcel shelf, no wheel master key to enable us to put on new tyres. MK offered to fix faults if we brought car back alleging EML warnings probably just due to low battery and vehemently denied absence of wheel master key on delivery. We did not trust MK to fix anything at this stage (noting that almost everything possible is excluded said MK 3-month guarantee) and so took car to Volvo dealer instead thereby nullifying MK guarantee of course and costing us another £1000 or so. Emails and phone calls to MK for even partial redress never mind the missing parcel shelf all went unanswered to date. So again please just AVOID MK AUTO-MOTORS.
Car delivered with an engine maintenance light on. Dealer said it should be an easy fix but offered no assistance to fix it or pay for it. Only had the car for a couple of months and driven very few miles due to the amount of problems. £400 to fix the issue that caused the light, exhaust box replacement, battery replacement, the car would go in to forward gear so had the gear box oil changes and flushed and still won’t go in to gear.
Finance paid for my car 11/11/22 and car was Mot’d serviced and valeted ready for me to collect 14/11/22. No problem with the paperwork all done quickly and efficiently.I am so pleased with my Astra estate. Great company.

I spoke with S on the phone to express an interest in a specific vehicle and having said I was a 2 hour drive away was told the vehicle would be on the forecourt ready for a test drive when I arrived and S would even remain beyond the closing time should I be delayed. I wasn’t delayed and upon arrival saw a woman and a young child in and out of the vehicle. I parked up and approached the small sales office where I met an Eastern European gent and said I was here to see S. He told me S was in the office dealing with a customer. I told him I was here about the Zafira so would go ahead and look at it. The E-E said that would be fine and he will let S know I’m waiting. 3-4 minutes later the E-E guy came out to tell me he had some bad news. S had needed to go home and didn’t tell anybody I was on my way to purchase the Zafira and this E-E guy had in fact just taken a deposit for the Zafira only 10 minutes earlier. What a crock of ****. Had he genuinely taken the deposit 10 minutes earlier then when I told him I was here to see the Zafira, of which there was only one, he would’ve told me it had been sold 10 minutes earlier, but no, what he had said he would do is “go in the office and tell S I was waiting”. S was this small sales office selling the Zafira rather than honouring our arrangement. Complete lack of integrity and coming up with a story so full of holes you could drive a double-decker bus through it. I now had another 2 hour drive home having spent £50 on petrol for a complete waste of time by this cowboy outfit.

Our experience at MK Auto Motors was excellent. The team were very helpful and happy to take the time to help us get the best car. We purchased a BMW a month ago, so far so good. No issues at all.

Avoid! AA Dealer promise worthless. Left a 200 deposit on a car over the phone. It wasn't on site when I arrived to view. Then they tried to make me pay for it without seeing the interior and without test drive. When I finally got to drive it, the exhaust was noisy as hell, there was a noticeable steering wobble and the window didn't work. Now I am having to file a claim with county court, because they are not refunding my deposit
