I can speak highly enough of Steve, I was at MK Auto Motors on a busy Tuesday day, Steve made his way to me as soon as I got out of vehicle and listened to what I said. He offered me a selection of 3 vehicles exactly as I said. The following Friday morning I purchased my car with wase and drove out. Thank you for your high quality service Steve.

I called in to MK Auto Motors to have a browse and the Salesperson went above and beyond to be extremely helpful. A couple of questions, a cup of tea and I was signing up for a deal. Amazing to meet a team that you can have a laugh and joke with. He was very professional, friendly and I felt he was honest and upfront. Sale took less than an hour and I was driving out in a new to me car. Fantastic experience getting into a used vehicle. No pressure. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Perfect deal.

The sales team helped me choose my new car and they were extremely professional and informative. Actually, they provided me with lots of useful information and support. I hope the car buy/owning experience is better than the companies correspondence. Enquired about a 2nd car for my wife for a little runabout and contacted them on the Monday. Received a text saying all agents are busy and will text you back when free. Heard from them again on the Thursday saying the car had sold. Not a great look in my eyes. Possibly because I’m a little fish interested in a 2.5k car and not buying a flagship model. Either way I was a little disappointed.

Bought a BMW from these guys a week back and couldn't be more grateful. Price was very reasonable, Jon and Zigi helped me chose a right car regarding maintaining costs etc. Very friendly and they even showed around all the features in the car that I never knew about. More than highly recommend.

Bought an Audi from this garage and drove away for it to be BROKEN, noticed the day after, I had driven less than 10miles at this point, my front discs were warped. Garage refused to fix them for free under the consumer rights act, said it was my fault that I warped them. Tried to get a a full refund, again they wanted £500.00+ for the refund. In the end I paid £240.00 for an independent report which stated it was not my fault and they would have been warped on purchase. Disgusting attitude from the owner, Sal, his attitude appears to be the customer is always wrong, not right! The guy who sold me the vehicle John, admitted to my partner that the brakes only judder at high speeds which I didn't experience on test drive because I didn't get up to speed but he probably didn't admit this to the owner. He also warned us to stay away from another garage pre seeing the Audi I purchased, which of course we did. All in all, Awful garage, awful attitude to concerns, awful customer service and wouldn't recommend them! Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews on here before purchasing and now paying the price. I'd be interested to see if they reply to this review as they couldn't reply to any of my emails :)

Easy and incredible! Best car purchasing experience I’ve had! They were friendly, made me feel comfortable and I felt zero pressure what so ever! Actually I drove more than an hour to buy my car from them and I cannot say enough good things about the team at MK Auto Motors. Cheers guys!
