Bought an Audi from this garage and drove away for it to be BROKEN, noticed the day after, I had driven less than 10miles at this point, my front discs were warped. Garage refused to fix them for free under the consumer rights act, said it was my fault that I warped them. Tried to get a a full refund, again they wanted £500.00+ for the refund. In the end I paid £240.00 for an independent report which stated it was not my fault and they would have been warped on purchase.
Disgusting attitude from the owner, Sal, his attitude appears to be the customer is always wrong, not right! The guy who sold me the vehicle John, admitted to my partner that the brakes only judder at high speeds which I didn't experience on test drive because I didn't get up to speed but he probably didn't admit this to the owner. He also warned us to stay away from another garage pre seeing the Audi I purchased, which of course we did. All in all, Awful garage, awful attitude to concerns, awful customer service and wouldn't recommend them! Unfortunately I didn't check the reviews on here before purchasing and now paying the price. I'd be interested to see if they reply to this review as they couldn't reply to any of my emails :)

Easy and incredible! Best car purchasing experience I’ve had! They were friendly, made me feel comfortable and I felt zero pressure what so ever! Actually I drove more than an hour to buy my car from them and I cannot say enough good things about the team at MK Auto Motors. Cheers guys!

Thanks to the team at MK Auto Motors for actually listening to me. Purchasing a vehicle is always a daunting task, but they did everything to make sure I felt no stress. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a hassle-free service.

Looked around a 30 mile radius for what we was looking for and found best deal at MK Auto, one teething problem on test drive but was put right within 2hrs Price was best value in the area.

This crowd sold me a mini that had the DPF removed but still had 12 months MOT wonder how they did that? They had removed the filter so all the emission coming out of the exhaust made it illegal yet it had12 months MOT how does that work? They accused us of removing the DPF its laughable. We took them to court we have all the evidence but I have brain cancer which they knew and was not well enough to attend the court. The proper mechanic who looked at it was disgusted that it was sold like that with 12 months dodgy rerouted cables missing vital parts

Overall I had an excellent experience.
The sales person was great to work with, he seemed knowledgeable, laid back and honest. The whole process went at decent speed. He was very busy that day I was there but he still found time to be helpful and answered all the questions I had. I am pleased with the trade value and overall deal.
