Last year my partner and I purchased an Audi from MK Auto Motors and it was the best experience. The car runs well to this day and I am extremely pleased about that. Thank you very much.
This crowd sold me a mini that had the DPF removed but still had 12 months MOT wonder how they did that? They had removed the filter so all the emission coming out of the exhaust made it illegal yet it had12 months MOT how does that work? They accused us of removing the DPF its laughable. We took them to court we have all the evidence but I have brain cancer which they knew and was not well enough to attend the court. The proper mechanic who looked at it was disgusted that it was sold like that with 12 months dodgy rerouted cables missing vital parts

Overall I had an excellent experience. The sales person was great to work with, he seemed knowledgeable, laid back and honest. The whole process went at decent speed. He was very busy that day I was there but he still found time to be helpful and answered all the questions I had. I am pleased with the trade value and overall deal. The sales person at MK Auto Motors from the very beginning was excellent. He was friendly, polite and very professional. The process was very easy. Got what I think is a fair price. He also helped with a few questions post-purchase. Much appreciated. I couldn't be happier.

I paid a £300 deposit over the phone on a car which was described as having clean body work and been in good condition, I traveled 195 miles Which took 4 hours just to get there later the same day to collect and pay for the car, when I arrived I found the car had a broken drivers door handle that didn’t work properly, the wheel arch and several plastic trims were hanging off , the airbag warning light was on, the rear of the car had been sprayed and looked awful with what looked like an aerosol can and I was informed that because it was a part exchange vehicle it didn’t come with warranty despite it saying free warranty in the online advert, I decided not to buy the car as it was nowhere near the condition it was make out to be only to be told I couldn’t have my deposit back, joke of a garage and I will be taking legal action to get my deposit back
