Decided to try this business based on reviews and are glad we did! My experience with MK Autom Motors was good. I had a specific vehicle I was going for, and I found it online at their site. I had contact with Sal as I was trying to inquire about this vehicle and he was very helpful and was able to answer all the questions I had. We made a visit to the dealership and everyone we had contact with was very helpful and friendly. The car is running very well, thank you!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had - I found a car online, called and inquired as to its availability and was told to come in for a test drive. I have called dealers in the past and was told a car was available, only to find out it had "just sold" moments before I arrived. Not only was the car in stock, but our sales advisor Sal had it pulled around front and ready to go. Once a decision was made, the process could not have gone smoother. More importantly, I never felt like I was being "sold" anything. Sal could not have been more professional, which my wife and I both greatly appreciated. We have had awful car buying experiences in the past and were expecting the worse coming in. The folks at Mk Auto Motors completely blew us away with their courtesy and professionalism. I would not hesitate to buy another car here or to recommend them to any of my family or friends.

Most painless car buying experience I've ever had! This is the best, most efficient, honest car dealership I have ever experienced in all my years of driving. There are definitely a lot of car dealerships out there that are trying to get over on you, but I didn't feel that at all here. A+, will be recommending to all of my friends looking for a new ride. I was looking for a new car after my old car was written off. I found an advert for a Mondeo Titanium X, and it was exactly as described by MK Auto Motors. Quick and efficient service, despite the fact i was travelling from Cambridge to A) See the car, and B) Buy the car. The helped me though all the paperwork, and allowed me to purchase the road tax on their office computer. Would recommend.

Been trying to arrange to view a black mini from MK Auto Motors advertised on autotrader and their website for the last two weeks, which says car ready to drive away . Each time I rang I was told ring back, car having MOT , then it was an oil change then it was a faulty sensor , after a week of trying to arrange a view 'Simon' , was very rude and abrupt and just said 'ring back next week' and hung up on me. Shame as I was a cash buyer , a serious buyer and I wouldn't now give this arrogant, rude man my custom. My advice steer clear ...why would you advertise a car ready to drive away when its obviously not . very disappointed.

I am surprised that his business still exists. He asked me how I want to pay. I said cash or part exchange.He said you have to first think about how you want to pay. I said that it does not matter to me how I pay and I would like to view the car. His answer: "Forget about this deal". And he hung up. I can imagine how he could behav if I had bought a car from him and it would appear that something needs to be repaired under warranty. My advise - AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

I was interested in a Porsche Cayman I saw on the MK Auto Motors website. One problem. I live in Plymouth and this car dealership is in Milton Keynes. I called Sal and explained I lived in Plymouth and was interested in the car, but needed to know a bit more as it is a 4 hour drive. Sal was very helpful and gave me an accurate and honest description of the car. It sounded great. Researching the car and the seller, gave me enough confidence in both to travel across country to buy it, so I decided to travel the distance to Sal as I'd been looking for the car for a while. The price was correct, I ran all the checks before buying and the car was exactly as described, clean, tidy and very mechanically sound. He took his time showing me around the car, taking me through all the features and specs, he knew the car inside and out. I have bought many cars in my time from various car dealers and have to say Sal sets the standard other dealers need to follow. I will be back in a few years to trade back another prestige vehicle from MK Auto Motors.

This dealer changes terms of a sale after purchase. The "warranty" is basically your minimum legal rights (no paperwork, just a verbal agreement). NOT good enough, and clearly misleading. I am seriously considering legal action, so I cannot recommend this business to anyone. Be very careful, take a mechanic or organise an inspection...
