DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!This car was listed in the AA website as approved by the aa and warrantied with them too! When I went to view the Citroen c3 he had for sale at £3500 he straight away told me he doesn’t use the aa the aa is a load of rubbish and to use his finance not there’s. On the wall he has the true Stef by the AA plaque! He was pushing us to buy the veichle before we had even looked at it! His people skills were extremely poor and he came across aggressive. When I arrived the car was allready running he said he had it running for 45 minutes.. why didn’t he want me to view the car from cold start? The water was full of oil and he says it’s just dirt! Unfortunately for him I’m a mechanic and I know oil in water when I see it! Do not use this company!

So I went to MK Auto Motors because my brother purchased all of his vehicles there. The salesperson was very profesional and helpful. I am really happy with my vehicle and the customer service.

Bought a mini for £1500, full mot but no warranty, was burning oil on way home from garage. Had a full check, oil leak and corroded water pipe. Cost more to fix than the car is worth. Emailed mk autos but got no response. Expensive mistake buying a car from here

He was very responsive with all of my questions and went through the entire vehicle explaining each option. The purchase was extremely easy and quick and I got the exact vehicle I was looking for. Brought a car for my Daughter from MK Auto Motors. Upon taking it for a test drive there was a very noticeable knocking from the offside front wheel / suspension, Which I was told not to worry about because it would be sorted out. I can't fault the car other than this but was told to take it back leave it with them which I did for a week I returned to collect the car and the knocking noise was still there, The owner who is Sal a very argumentative and surly and once he's taken your money he is not interested in discussing any issues that arise. If thinking of buying from him be careful before parting with your money. I for one will not be recommending him or doing any further business with his company. But what makes this worse is cars are endorsed by the AA & RAC.

I have friends who bought cars from mk auto motors before and they came highly recommended . I like how fast they contacted me when I made my first inquiry . very rare nowadays. I am not the biggest fan, in general, of the vehicle purchasing experience, but the salesman was very helpful, and professional . he was very knowledgeable of what he had and easy to work with, and most importantly, no pressure whatsoever . he even stayed late to deal with the financing stuff . prices could be lower that is why you do not get 5*
