It's been quite the journey for my wife and me as we recently decided to downgrade our car. While it's taking some getting used to, we're confident we've made the right decision. We've switched from a car that requires charging to one that needs refuelling, and from automatic to manual transmission (most people do it the other way round!). Admittedly, we're still adjusting to the manual gearbox! With the cost of living continually rising, we felt it was time to step away from premium vehicle brands like BMW and Mercedes. They can be quite expensive to maintain, and the peace of mind that comes with a more cost-effective option like the Ford Fiesta Zetec is priceless. Parts are readily available if needed, which adds to our peace of mind. The team at the dealership were fantastic—they kept their promises, and we couldn't have asked for more. Plus, the fact that they're within walking distance from home definitely helps! A massive thank you for taking such great care of us; it truly means a lot.

Fitting two kids and all their gear into a Vauxhall Corsa was becoming quite the challenge, so my husband and I finally decided it was time to upgrade. We opted for a Vauxhall Grandland X, and while it's taken some adjustment, the extra space is fantastic! Our finance company couldn't stop singing the praises of MK Car Sales, and now I understand why. This family-run dealership really shines in their interactions with customers. The staff are incredibly helpful and provided top-notch service from start to finish—no pushy sales tactics, which was a refreshing change. Having the car delivered directly to our door was the cherry on top, and we couldn't be happier. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would.

After the fantastic experience we had with MK Car Sales when purchasing our previous car, there was no doubt that we would return when it was time for a change. Wanting to upsize, Jim talked us through the different 4x4s they had in stock, and we ultimately opted for a Nissan Qashqai. It's great value for money and is running beautifully! It certainly meets our needs, and we can't fault the car or the exceptional service from Jim and the team. They always go the extra mile & we'll definitely be back for a 3rd purchase when the time's right.

Guys knew there stuff and no bull either, left to look round and touch Mark was a delight to meet and made us feel very comfortable and confident in buying a car from them so this has proved in last 3 months of trouble free motoring

Mark could not have been more helpful he came to our house with the car, so we could drive and took to our mechanic, nothing was too much trouble for him, he took his time, there was never no rush to sell it at all, made sure everything was perfect for us, absolutely 1st class experience, highly recommended, the wife loves the Astra, and the condition it came in, wonderful Thank you Best wishes Albert

My daughter wanted an updated car. The car she purchased from this dealership was outstanding. It had a 12 month RAC Platinum warranty with it as standard. Her car was reasonably priced and the dealership were professional in their attitudes and approach! Highly recommended.
