Purchased a Vauxhall Tourer on July 2023. Went 200 miles to collect a so called immaculate condition car. Got home and the next day I went to drive it not was dead, RAC called, and 19 fault codes appeared. Could not get hold of then garage for days.el Eventually was told to get a full diagnostics which I did and that brought up a totally different list of items, Water Pump, Exhaust, Oil Leak, timing chain front tyres needed replacing as they were causing a loud squeeking noise on the wheel rotation and the clutch was faulty totalling £3300 worth of repairs. They refused to allow my local garage to make the repairs,I reluctantly allowed em but the failed to turn up twice to collect, then on 3rd occasion turned up late, by then I decided to reject the vehicle via the finance company Vision finance and Moneyway all of which were a nightmare to deal with in this matter. I'm still waiting for the car to be picked up and I expect I will get some cock and ball storey that the car is not how it left, well it's in better condition now cosmetically because they never even valeted the car before collection. Breaks were screeching so bad but was told it was where it had been sitting, and would go away, it hasn't. Please, AVOID this garage. They sell dodgy cars and you will be left searching. Please AVOID at all cost Justin is rude and arrogant ...and the way he spoke to my woke I'd say THICK. If I was closer I'd of hit him. Pity you cannot leave a Zero star rating.

I was sold a car from the Cranfield site. When I test drove it I said the brakes were grinding when you had to stop. There was also mildew on back seat. I was told it was where it had been stored and they would put new brake pads on and clean mildew. Picked it up and after a week the engine light came on. They said it was a petrol sensor and redid it. Then 3 weeks later the engine light came on again. I asked them to come and get it as it was 36 miles away and I had to work. They left me a car to use that had no fuel in it!!!! They then said it needed a catalytic converter so they ordered one and did it. When the guy left a message to bring it back he said he would be there in 40 mins. I was at work at it was 3 o’clock. He had to wait. When I got back in my car they had used half a tank of my fuel. I’d left them their car with over double what it came with. The car still wasn’t right and there was a grinding sound and it was noisy. I kept messaging and ringing but nobody replied. I told them to come and get the car. When I rung Justin he said he would send money for the fuel. Never got it. I complained and said I wasn’t happy come and get the car He was very cocky saying that he sells so many cars that one complaint and a bad review from me didn’t bother him This week I went to work in it as had no other way of getting there and as I was driving up a slight incline it stopped. No power at all. I let it roll backwards onto a level part of road. For 10 minutes it wouldn’t start . The engine light had come on again. I managed to get it started and was reversing into a space and engine light came on again and power went I managed to drive it home with no acceleration power and I drove to my door and as I was parking again it stopped. I had to get my neighbours to help. I rung the garage no answer and no answering machine. I sent an email and 2 days later I got a reply to say as the car is now out of warranty I will have to take to a local garage I am taking legal advice and reporting them to Trading Standards

MK Motorhouse are awful I had the misfortune of going to the Ampthill one in Bedford, same group same crap cars same lies and 1000 percent same company, they sell RAC Warranty’s take your money and then don’t register with RAC I dealt with Brad he is a liar, a cheat and a thief. My fiesta was absolute rubbish. They buy the cars that the dealers take in as part exchanges and are to a poorer condition to actually sell so they put into auction for back street garages such as the Motorhouse group to buy and sell no matter the problems with them.

Please be careful! Read reviews about MK Motorhouse carefully before purchasing! I was sold an unsafe car while heavily pregnant and with 3 young children..I was told it was MOT’d. Given MOT certificate which was signed off by a local garage that they have an agreement with! A few months later I took to a garage as breaks were grinding. I have proof that the MOT that was done wasn’t done and it cost me £1700 in repairs! Had to pay as car on finance and I couldn’t afford finance and new car! When I spoke to the Ampthill motorhouse they asked for the photographic evidence then ignored my calls and emails! Please be careful, my young family was put in danger because of these.

Hi there, just read your review. I bought a car from Bletchley branch in Milton Keynes, they are no longer there! Anyone have an idea where they went? I bought a Fiat 500 with a dodgy automatic gearbox, took it back, they said it was fixed, literally 2 mins down the road, same thing happened! Took it back, they had it for about a month! Now 2 years on and the problem is back and I have it on finance! Any help would be much appreciated, thanks
Found car at MK motorhouse and all went wrong from there, took 10 days for them to have car ready ,all it needed was new brake pads and small service countless time i contacted the sales team and everytime they said the would ring with update never did, went into branch and told me car was away being repaired but was clearly sitting on forecourt one lie after another worst customer service ever ,and when i eventually went to pick car up was told the price the car was advertised at was wrong (someone must have priced it wrongly) and charged another £650 pounds on top do not buy a car from this garage truly awful service and they just dont care
We went on the weekend and found a car we liked at MK Motorhouse. Said he would contact us on Monday and never did. Four times we've tried to call and every time, we get put on hold and then hung up on!! When we were there, there was a couple that warned us against using them. They had travelled nearly two hours to look at a car that they were told was on site only to find out it wasn't there. You only have to look at the other reviews about MK Motorhouse to see how unprofessional they are!!!
I would not recommend to buy any car from MK Motorhouse. I was shocked to find out that if you want to do a drive test you need to pay 10 pounds, or you will have to buy the car. One gentleman with Est European accent he was trying to defend himself for that embarrassing 10 pounds charge with shocking explanation that he needs to wash the car. "You see the car if you "would like "to drive it you need to buy it. What a amazing customer service !
You'll be pleased to know you can contact them ALL at Harrow Motorhouse on 02089078541 but I found it worth the drive to North London to confront them - it was the only way they were going to fix my car (a major engine job)! As for the RAC warranty - not worth the paper its written on.

I did exactly the same mate. Aftrer dozens of fruitless phonecalls and even being blocked i Went to mk motorhouse and refused to leave until they coughed up money as warrenty didnt cover car as modified. Got half the money i was owed and the promise of the rest the next day. Rang up in the morning to be told by poor old darren or darryl or whatever his name was he had been made redundent and the shop was shut and all the cars gone... I rang the mob number on the website from a different phone the next day at there new shop and guess who answered! I had to reel off the owners familys name and home adress before they decided to pay up. Avoid at all costs! Was also sold with a stage 2 remap but standard exhaust which is a huge no no on a astra vxr. They had only taken the sports exhaust off and sold it as i found the previous owner who sold it with it on!

They are different owners and have no connection with Mk Motorhouse of Bletchley.

Different company and nothing to do with them? Same director(s) registered to a house in Dunstable all under the Motorhouse Group!!..
Ross in response to Mr M
Funny it was the same family down as owners. Soon coughed up when i reminded them of that. I also have recordings of all conversations with you including my visit.
