After serval months of looking I bought my first car from Mk motorhouse back in February,I was very pleased of the service and advise from Justin I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family.Miss Edwards
We rang prior to driving 1.5 hours to look at a vehicle to check it was still for sale and viewable to then find the vehicle on the ramp with no wheels on it when we arrived! Having driven so far and checked ahead we couldn't believe our eyes. In the weeks that followed MK Motorhouse did not keep us informed or get back to us re the progress of the vehicle so that we could view it, Shocking customer service and after 3 weeks when we rang back due to lack of contact from Motorhouse we were told the vehicle had been sold! Appalling and we would NOT recommend dealing with them.
