Not going to lie...pretty annoyed advertising on site markets quick finance decisions...applied on Saturday morning as soon as they opened to get an S4, shortly after was told it probably won't be processed till Monday...I mean there are checks to be done so thought ok that's fine, phone up Monday to be told that they will chase to see what's happening with it, got a call back to be told I have been accepted however a colleague had accepted sale of the car to another person this morning and they put a deposit down....but haven't turned up yet, literally luckily as I am about to sign the finance agreement, I get told that the person has turned up for the car...not only did they sell the car to someone who came later, I almost signed a finance agreement and on top of that now have checks against my credit score and no car...I am honestly lost for words

Very good dealership, low apr finance sorted in 20 mins the car came with a full mot and service. 6 months warranty was included but I opted to go for a 3 year warranty as it was only a few more pounds monthly.
Very efficient and friendly service. So pleased with my new car from MK Motors Derby, can’t stop smiling!!!

Bought a used 3 Series at a reasonable price. There was once a fault in the car right after purchase, while I must appreciate MK Motor Derby that they were willing to pay for that repair. After-all, it is a responsible car dealer.

Excellent, professional, friendly customer service, straightforward car buying. Viewed a couple of cars at Mk Motors all were select, high spec vehicles at very competitive prices all found under one roof. Had been looking for a car for a while but with one visit made to MK Motors, with the high spec and then the unbeatable price bought a BMW Active Tourer for my wife who is very happy with the car. Car insured and taxed online, drove away the same day. With the great level of service received have recommended MK Motors of Derby to family and friends. Will be visiting again in the future for my car, thank you MK Motors of Derby. Jag
