I brought a BMW Z4 from this car dealership last year, when I picked it up it looked stunning, I later had an issue with the starter motor which was replaced under the extended warranty they offer. The service team made the claim on my behalf and I was soon back motoring. Very professional and very high level of service. I will be back for my next purchase.
GOLF OWNER. AS SAID IN OTHER REVIEWS MONARCH CAR SALES ARE QUICK TO GET YOUR MONEY BUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND REPAIRS VERY LOW STANDARD. THE STAFF ARE RUDE, SHOP ELSEWHERE THEY'VE HAD MY CAR MORE TIMES TO FIX THAN ANY CAR IVE OWNED AND THE SERVICE FIX TIMES ARE RIDICULOUS. YOU COULD BUILD A PLANE IN THE TIME THEY TAKE TO DO WHAT WOULD BE A SIMPLE FIX TO A REAL MECHANIC.
The whole purchasing process couldn't of been any easier, I was even able to pick up the car a couple of days earlier than expected and as this was on a weekday they stayed open an hour late for me to come and collect it, I was very grateful.

Poor customer service at Monarch Car Sales in Worcester. Faulty car strong fumes leaking into cab of car. Ignoring all points of contact, not sorting any issues even though it's under warranty. They are fine when taking your money but when problems happen they don't want to know. Avoid.
Poor customer service, collected the car and it was dirty and unable to tax it. The interior was also damaged. Mentioning this to aim to resolve the issues I was spoke to very rudely and nothing resolved for me by Monarch Car Sales in Worcester.
