Worst car buying experience of my life. I bought a Mercedes in July and not long after the timing chain snapped which the warranty didn't cover due to it being wear and tear and the garage has been extremely unhelpful. The repairs have cost me over £2500 and I have only just got the car back and now the engine management light has come on. I would not recommend.

I purchased a Toyota from this here a few months back. The dealers were very helpful and able to answer any questions. There was a small issue with the car but as soon as I reported it they got it sorted straight away. I would definitely recommend Monarch Motors.
