Be careful. Check car details against their adverts. Bought an advertised 1.2 Allure Peugeot found out later from DVLA it is in fact a 1.0 litre. Still a good enough car but not what it was advertised as. When I questioned it a few days later I was told their system showed it as a 1.2 they would investigate and call me back. Never heard a thing from them. Also noticed my part x for sale by them featuring an other advertising mistake in the description. 2 Mistakes on 2 vehicles? They need to check their advertisements for accuracy which are posted across various car sites. Paul is a nice helpful salesperson said he would call me a couple of days after my purchase to see how things were, never called. In my opinion once you’ve purchased that’s it. This doesn’t mean all their cars are poor, mine is good, just be aware.

This dealership is opposite my flat which has a horseshoe drive. Despite several telephone calls to the Manager allegedly called Grant to desist from using our drive as a turning circle for his cars and his drivers this continues despite his reassurances they will desist. Time to stop this nuisance and report them to the Local Authority as it appears from the Reviews here that they are as equally poor at respecting the privacy of others as they are at selling cars judging from the Reviews

car was not fit for purpose, I called up dealership and spoke to Mal and he called me a winge bag and as I had finance on the car I had to go through them to get it sorted, it had a coolant leak from beginning they said take it to Pinner motors where they thought it was egr and oil cooler so replaced them and replaced rear breaks and the guy there used a sledge hammer to take the discs off then Google to fit replacement breaks, problem still remained so called mal and he said they will have the car back to look further into the issue they had it 2 more days and said they pressure tested it but the coolant didn’t leak, the turbo then failed and they said that that’s the reason for coolant leak and that now it will be fine so was happy , the car then dropped all coolant on my way to take my wife to work so called them and they said it might not have been bled properly so thought ok topped coolant up and guess what still leaked, I spent more time trying to get it sorted out and yet still nothing, I went to my wife’s uncles garage we then found coolant was coming out the exhaust there for the head was cracked, they had the car 2 months and it came back was so happy but then I saw the car had done about 500 miles oil stains in the boot and it had been reversed into something, I called mal up and he said that he was looking into it yet he clearly didn’t also offers compensation due to all the issues that I had with the car , not seen anything and he lied to the finance company saying he payed it , my experience with these bunch of cowboys is extremely bad and I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy, if you go to this dealership you need your head examined as there the worst of the worst, when I was waiting at the garage having work done about 3 other people arrived with cars they purchased from Mondial cars place is a joke and should be shut down. I gave the car back and terminated the finance as the car had more issues due to the shoddy work that had been completed on it from who ever they used to do engine work as they told me it wasn’t Pinner , i was told it had £8500 spent on it to get it sorted yet was knackered. AVOID AVOID AVOID DONT GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY

Please use another dealer. These guys ask you to lie on applications to get finance through and sell awful vehicles. After buying a car from Mondial for my sons 18th Birthday, the car continually broke down, £1k in repairs later we were told by the very helpful Paul, that when you buy a car that old, what do you expect? Well Paul, like me, Trading standards too expect more from a £3k car, after less than a thousand miles driven. Con artists. Avoid

Mal is a rude, arrogant and obnoxious man. He and his staff dish out a load of old clap trap and BS. The cars he dishes out on finance are faulty and unroadworthy, since I’ve had my car in April 20 So many things have gone wrong, Mal took the car into be repaired and his garage boys did sweet nothing. In the end I’ve had to go to reputable garage to get it fixed and I’ve also requested a service history and what was supposed to have been done and I’m still waiting.. PEOPLE DO NOT GO NEAR MONDIAL CARS THEY ARE A NOT GOOD DEALERSHIP THEY ARE A LOAD OF BS, AND TAKE CARE OF THE SO CALLED TEAM THEY ARE JUST AS BAD AS MAL.

Brilliant company can not thank Paul and Simon enough for all there help yesterday went in without a car and left with the car I wanted. Very friendly not one bit pushy and dealt with very quickly fantastic service. Will definitely recommend them to family and friends,

Got a new car today as my old car had broken down and was not able to be repaired Mondial sorted me out quickly and I drove away the same day with a big smile on my face thank you tony.

Brilliant service. Bought a Volvo V40 and 2 days after the infotainment system stopped working. Phoned Mondial and Mal told me to take it to a dealership. They quoted over £800 for it to be fixed. I had no quibble with Mondial who paid for it to be done immediately. Will certainly buy from them again. Great service.

Bought a car in 2014 which cost more than the vehicle was worth, after a few months car had to go into garage even though I was advisedly it had been serviced, less than a year later has to get a dpf system and then after that 9 months down the line needed new engine as well as all the other bits in between and did the warranty want to help, hell no. Just fixing the car in less than 2 years I have spent over 4K. Absolute night make. Their warranty is a load of rubbish.
