I'd give 5 out of 5 for my experience. I called up after seeing the car online before heading down to Wigan and the guy I spoke to was really helpful over the phone, all my questions were answered. I arranged to see the car and when I arrived it was ready to go for a test drive. I've done a few miles in the car since driving away, and it's been really good.

Really happy with how everything went at Moores Car Centre. I had a slight issue with the car after driving away but after contacting the salesman, he was happy for me to bring it back right away to get repaired. He got the car fixed and it's been great since. Amazing service.

I have been looking to change my car for some time now and have been to some of the big-name garages, and what a letdown! My friend kept looking on AutoTrader and scrolling through the different cars for sale and came across family-owned Moores Car Centre in Wigan, read the great reviews, and decided to go and have a look at some of the cars for sale. We were looking at a Seat Arona, and Andy came to us and asked us if we needed any help and then left us to have a look at the car. No pressure on us at any time; we decided to have a think about the car and went back 5 days later for a test drive. Andy was very happy to answer any questions we asked and drove the car to a quiet area for me to have a test drive. Excellent customer service. I loved the car and bought it. Andy sorted everything for me and even went the extra mile when we went to pick the car up. What a great person to deal with!
