My Jeep Renegade is so nice, I am driving it all the time and it is such a nice drive. I really do like my new car. Moores Car Centre are exceptional, they looked after me very well. I just really, really like the service you get there. They are very good at what they do and are friendly to boot!

The guys at Moores Car Centre are spot on. I bought my Kia Soul from them and it had a problem with the air conditioning. When I told them they just got it all sorted for me. They offered to come and collect the car and drop it back off when it was ready so that it wasn't an inconvenience. They even left their personal car on my drive for me to use while they sorted it all out for me. They have been really good all the way through and made sure I was well looked after. I would definitely recommend this garage to anyone looking for a new car.

When looking for a more family orientated car, and wanting to stick to a brand I love, when i saw the Mercedes GLA, listed at Moores car centre, i knew I had to go and physically see the car, so had arranged an appointment to view the car in Manchester, having  had  everything processed through Zuto, I must say the staff at The dealership were brilliant made the whole process so seem less, simple and I can't thank them enough for that, when seeing the car in Manchester it was everything I had  hoped for and  more  looked stunning and was spacious enough for the whole family,  had the time to have a proper look around and give it the all  clear, then had clearly taken the time to  go over the car with a fine tooth car as it was spotless outside and throughout. Since owning the car, everything is going swimmingly, and I can't wait to find the time to really get out and really experience what the car has to offer.

The customer service was one of the best I've been privileged to receive, and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. From the moment we inquired about the car to arranging a collection date, they were extremely accommodating, always putting us first, which is great as we didn't feel pressured or just like another sale, so we really felt valued as customers. The car itself, a Kia Soul, is excellent and a joy to drive, so you can't pick a fault with them. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would. 

Finally, we have the car we have wanted for a long time, the Infiniti Q30. It finally became possible for us to get the upgrade we sorely wanted, and it's perfect. We really can't fault the car; it really is everything we wanted and more; it's super practical with all the boot space; and it really doesn't let down in regards to comfort. In terms of the customer service received at Moores Car Centre, it really was top-notch and very professional throughout, with super friendly and helpful staff. We couldn't have asked for anything more from the dealership: a great price, a great car, and great customer service. 5 stars 

I just want to give a big thumbs up to the guys at Moores Car Centre, especially Andy, who was super helpful throughout the purchase of our Kia Pro Ceed, very friendly, and informative throughout. Since buying the car, it has been running perfectly, and I couldn't have hoped for a better car that fits my needs. Just an all-around professional service, so thanks again. My wife was in need of a new car, so like most people, we scrolled through AutoTrader and were able to find the perfect car for her, a VW Golf at Moores Car Centre. It had great mileage for her age and met all of her specifications, so it ticked all the boxes, so to speak. The staff were brilliant, and we actually arranged for delivery without seeing the car, so on the day, the courier was super helpful in giving us the time needed to inspect the car and even take it on a mini test drive prior to accepting, so we really didn't feel rushed. The car is driving mint and exceptionally well, so I really have no complaints. The customer experience overall was spot-on. Plus, the wife is happy, so that's always a bonus. 

My next door neighbour is actually the delivery driver for Moores Car Centre, so when I told him I was looking for a sporty coupe, he said he'd delivered a VW Scirocco that day - Talk about great timing! Andy and the staff at the dealership were great. There's a really chilled, relaxed atmosphere with no pressure to buy. Everyone clearly knows their stuff and were great to deal with; really efficient! I'd say they're deserving of more than 5 stars and I'd pass on the recommendation to friends ad family without hesitation!
