I have bought many cars over the years, from new to used and dealt with various dealers. this is the first time I came across More Cars. They had a vehicle advertised which was just what I was looking for. I did all the checks before arranging a visit. I was pleasantly surprised at how nice the show room was and the quality of cars on offer. Th resales team were very professional and left me to look around the car. I have to say it was even better than described and as good as it looked in the photos. I found the dealer to be honest and easy to talk to. They made me a nice coffee while I looked through the documents. All my questions were answered and the dealership staff where well informed. I collected the car the same day as I had a long drive and dint want to drive back. And I was given a really competitive part exchange price. After a couple of weeks I had a light come on the dash so I called More Cars and they were really helpful and got the issue resolved in no time. I would highly recommended More Cars and will definitely be making them my first port of call anytime I need to change my vehicle.

This is the first review I have ever left. I felt compelled to write give the appalling service received at More Cars in Peterborough, Rang up to ask about a car they had for sale. I was in a position to purchase the car at asking price over the phone which I made clear to them. I asked a basic question about the vehicle and was promised a call back with the information. No call back was received. Two further calls were made and an email sent. No response. If this is what the pre sales service is like, I hate to think about after sales care. Avoid!!!

Received very poor service from More Cars in Peterborough, told them that i was driving for over 2 and a half hours to come and view the car and wanted to know about condition of the car. Told me about the one I mentioned on the picture but failed to tell me about rusting through on bonnet, multiple cracked/broken plastics and the fact both doors had been painted. These are the kind of things that give used car dealers a bad name and reputation. A waist of time, my fuel money when all it would of taken was an honest view of the car. Warn, stay away.

Bought a commercial vehicle from More Cars Ltd, agreed a price on the vehicle the day I went to collect the vehicle there was an issue with the back window not shutting properly all they advised was take to main dealer then engine management light came on so they came out and diagnosed the problem again main dealer and there was no manual or service book with vehicle very poor for how much I paid for the vehicle issue taxing the vehicle just been a nightmare experience with this garage would never buy a vehicle from these again.

The process was straightforward the car advertised was exactly as how it looked in the pictures I could not complain the car is so good I didn’t need to test drive it because it was in such good condition and I was right.

Where do I start, when we purchased our lovely white Mercedes C250 last week from More Cars Ltd. For start they managed to source an excellent car in terms of spec, condition and history etc. The sales man Ash was extremely professional, a genuine man of his word. On arriving looking at More Car’s showroom which is getting a really nice modernisation, and already the feeling these guys are going to have an excellent showroom once complete, which will no doubt be complemented by their superb selection of high quality top end prestige cars, which all seems an amazing value. In short, just like that Carlsberg Advert…..These guys are truly the best at what they do. The service is very relaxed and they left us to it, absolutely no pressure, it was well worth the trip from London, and no doubt will be telling my city colleagues about these guys.
