I bought a Porsche over the internet. The whole process was very straight forward and the dealership were superb to deal with. The car was delivered with a full mot, serviced and valeted. I highly recommend More Cars. Will definitely be going back to these guys.
Thank you to Ash and the team over the moon with my new Range Rover fantastic service and well most definitely be back for our next car! Lauren Xx
This is one of the worst companies I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I bought a car from them via the internet as a distant sale. It was delivered and the driver soon disappeared without me even driving it. The moment I got in it and drove it, it was clear it was not mechanically sound despite being told it was. I messaged Lorraine straight away to say there was an issue and her reply was that the driver said everything was fine. Am I a liar then?! The car was eventually collected and Lorraine called to say she would have to refund my money as they couldn't fix the car. Unfortunately, I had left some personal belongings in the car as I assumed I would be getting the car back in working condition. I was assured the items would be returned when the courtesy car was collected and was then told by Lorraine that the driver "couldn't be bothered" to bring my items back with him. I was then assured by the owner that he would deliver the items back to me. He has since changed his tune and said he is now unable to deliver my items back to me. Lorraine got in touch with me to ask if I had the logbook for the car and so I asked when my items would be returned to be told by her that I would have to pay the postage! Despite the inconvenience of More Cars selling me a vehicle that needed approx £6000 worth of repairs and so leaving me without a car, I have also had to incur unnecessary costs of over £200 due to their incompetence. And then they want me to pay the postage for my items to be returned even though this is none of my fault! I will pay the postage as I need my personal belongings back. To summarise, if you want to be spoken to and treated like you are something that has been stepped in, this is your place! If you want to waste countless hours chasing for answers and never being called back or responded to, head straight to More Cars, you wont be disappointed. If, on the other hand, you are a genuine, trusting person that wants to buy a reliable car and be treated with some respect, I would suggest you avoid this place at all costs. Rude, unprofessional and untrustworthy!

Where do I start? I was looking to source a used Range Rover and saw an advert on Autotrader at this dealership for a 2014 (64) Range Rover Sport HSE low mileage (45k) one owner with FLRDSH. I entered into dialogue with the salesperson (Lorraine) and did a distance deal over the telephone. More Cars agreed to deliver the car to me in S Wales on a low loader at additional cost of £370.00. I also purchased an extended warranty for 15 months at the cost of £450.00 The car was delivered as agreed and was OK but not particularly well prepped/detailed with a few marks to be expected of a car 7 years old but advert said it was "unmarked" and video on website suggested this also. Paperwork handed over by delivery driver but service history missing, I called dealership and they said it was with the car, search of glove compartment found wallet which was totally empty. Contacted dealer again and they said they would find records and post them on. I took them for their word and accepted the car. The paperwork contained a glossy brochure for the warranty but no reference number or warranty agreement. I called the number on the brochure and the person on the other end clearly new nothing about the vehicle or me and said they would come back to me as their systems were down. I went onto LR website to check history using The VIN and vehicle had been last serviced in 2015 with 12800 miles on the clock, it had not been serviced since. I was completely baffled how a prestige car dealer could make such claims regarding a vehicles history and contacted my local LR dealer who confirmed that the vehicle was last seen by Land Rover in 2015! There were several other issues, the spare key was half a key, no vehicle manual, Lorraine the salesperson promised to make up my personal plate but she "forgot", she also told me I could buy the other half of the key on eBay! I had just spent £30k on a car and her arrogance was shocking! Becoming increasingly suspicious regarding the history of the car I asked Lorraine to send me a picture of the front of the V5. This showed that the vehicle actually had 2 previous owners. Unhappy with the situation I informed More Cars that I wished them to take the vehicle back. That's when the nightmare got worse! Lorraine said she was off for a few days and said she would come back to me on Wednesday with the history. I was not satisfied with her responsiveness and called the garage the following day and the owner of the dealership answered (Ishfaq Hussain). I explained the situation to him and he agreed to take the vehicle back due to the “mistake” in the advert and said he would get back to me as soon as he could arrange collection. Two days passed and I heard nothing so I called them again and low and behold Lorraine answered. She said that she had spoken to Mr Hussain and that I was entitled to return the car within a 14 day period but there were terms and conditions that I must meet! (I must return the car to the dealership, pay £1.75 for any post delivery mileage on the car and pay for any depreciation in the value of the vehicle. (At this point I lost my sh*t)! I told Lorraine that any T’s & C’s were null and void as the vehicle was not as described! She then stated the dealership would have to look into any legality regarding this! I called More Cars three or four times a day for the next two days to find out when they would pick up the car, they eventually agreed to collect the car within the next couple of days. During one of these conversations Lorraine said that she thought that the vehicle had been serviced and maintained locally, she then changed her story and said “Good News, I have contacted the previous owner who confirms that the vehicle has been maintained and serviced by Land Rover Ipswich” I contacted Land Rover Ipswich and they confirmed that they had never seen the vehicle at their dealership. Another blatant lie! The car was eventually collected the following Friday and I was given a full refund including the extended warranty cost but this was as a result of threats to report them to Trading Standards. I am now struggling to get the road fund licence refunded as More Cars did not send off the V5 New Keeper Supplement to The DVLA and Mr Hussain refuses to give me the green slip required by The DVLA (I naively sent it back with the car). It also cost me £25.00 to cancel the insurance and £100.00 for the fuel tank I filled. I am currently £440.00 out of pocket, which I will pursue in The Small Claims Court. Overall a nightmare experience with a deceitful and dishonest company, avoid, avoid, avoid at all costs!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! In all my years of buying used cars, I have NEVER come across a more deceiving and unprofessional company!!! From the outset, you'd think they are a professional outfit considering their website & showroom. The cars also look in good condition from the images displayed on their website, however once you purchase the car or see it in person...it's a total different story!!! The car seemed immaculate from the images & apparently was "washed" but when we went to see it., it wasn't clean like they promised. A clip from the passenger side door was also unclipped and they had to fix this on-site while we waited around. We didn't kick up a fuss about this as it could be human error. On the way home, the steering wheel started to shaking so we raised this with the garage immediately who said to get the wheels aligned and they will reimburse the costs. We got this done and the issue remained so we got back in touch! This time we were told to get them balanced. The issue STILL remained! We were then told to get an independant garage to diagnose the issue., so we went directly to Audi. It is 4 months now. We've had no reply from the garage in trying to resolve this and they are also rejecting the Audi report, saying they now want to collect the car so they can "verify the issues." Sorry.,...WHAT?!?!!? YOU told me to take the car to an independant garage & now you want me to bring the car to you to verify the issues or diagnose the issues?!!? Ah...I could go on forever about how terrible they are. Now taking legal action against More Cars Ltd & also reported to FCA and Financial Ombudsman. Long story short, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

DO NOT BUY a CAR FROM THESE THEM! Great when you want to buy the car. Prep is awful. Car was non functioning, promised to sort the car. They bought cheap spares off eBay. They have no knowledge of cars. Refused to deal with us. Made us wait 3 weeks to get the car working and made it felt like they were doing us a favour. Ash the director is non existent. Lorraine is rude. The one saving grave is Jo, and I pity her working for those people. Never buy a car from these people. Amazing to spend to spend 22k on. Car that does not work.

Stock some nice cars. If you have an issue however their not interested, after service was by far the worst I’ve experienced in decades of buying used cars.simply awful
Avoid like the plague!! I had arranged a viewing and informed the company I was coming from over 3 hours away, I told them I had sorted out insurance to get the car back and how much deposit I would need to leave. The people on the phone were very unhelpful and half way into my journey I was informed that the car had been sold after arranging an appointment and my partner having half day at work and arranging childcare I was deeply upset to learn that I’d got the money together before hand, for the car had been sold half hour before my appointment, On call the person hung up on me, I will definitely never use this company again.

went to see a car advertised as full service history, recent service and MOT. Arrived to find out, very little service history (no book), needed a service and MOT and were very clear they wouldn't move on price. If your going to advertise a car, be honest.....
