I recently bought a Mercedes from Moss Hall and was delighted with the service. One trip to view the car and test it. Also agreed a part ex value which was as expected. Second visit to do paperwork and take the car. No hassles no hard sell no haggling just a straightforward deal. Total time there about 50 minutes. Easiest car I have ever bought. Decent people too. Would highly recommend.

My wife and I purchased an Audi Q7 from Brodie and Alan some weeks ago now and were delighted with the experience from start to finish with the car being as described in the advert. Although the car developed an electrical issue at around the week 6 of ownership Alan took the vehicle of us and honored the warranty they supplied with the vehicle, keeping us updated along the way even offering to provide a courtesy vehicle (which I did not expect from a used car garage). I have no hesitation that we will be returning to Moss Hall for our next car and urge anybody else who is looking for a new car to come here first, you will not be disappointed. I traded an insignia in for a BMW at Moss Hall, pretty straight forward process, no messing about. The car was clean, serviced and ready to roll. Couldn’t complain at all. Moss Hall are not honest. Avoid him at any cost. He had promised to refund my REFUNDABLE deposit but he decided to keep £500 when I told him I was not buying the car. He then stopped replying to messages.
