Very happy with the service I received when buying my new car. I also received a good price on my car I traded in. I was not pressured to buy, great service.
Sold me a car with a fault, I was informed by a garage that this fault has been there a while. The garage have connected the car up to a Computer to reset fault. RAC warranty covered part of the cost but I had to pay over £100 for the rest. Garage won't take responsibility for the issue and being really horrible. Stay clear from these cowboy who have no customer service after sales at all. Once they have your money they don't care

Hi Jonathan, we are sorry you had an unforeseen single problem with an ABS speed sensor. However it's good to know the issue is now solved and was covered by the RAC warranty we bought on your behalf. It is always difficult when a customer insists on emails for communication rather than a quick simple discussion over the phone.

RAC warranty did not cover the issue as the owner states in his reply. I had to pay over £100 to get the issue fixed. Owner very very rude with no customer service skills at all. Refused to help in any type of way. With regards to the communication, I work in a secure building and unable to have my mobile phone or make personal calls so email was my only option. They only open as and when suites them and when I tried to ring weekends the just don't answer. Worst company ever dealt with and the owner is a jump up horrible person. Please go elsewhere to buy a car because this garage is appalling
I have bought 2 cars for my kids from Mossy Lea Motors. I find their prices and service to be excellent. Any initial problems quickly dealt with. I find them a knowledgeable and keenly priced dealer in what I would call honest cars.
Bought my first car from here None of the electrics on the windows work.. 3 bearings went Said it had been serviced but hadn't as spark plugs were rusty and filters were ancient. Numerous other things like stearing lock was broke Just be careful and don't think that buying from a 'reputable' place there going to be honest He knew I had 2 babies and he knew it was my first car.

Dear Victoria, Sorry to hear you were dissatisfied with our service, it is unfortunate you have not been in touch with us to raise any issues. The "part exchange to clear" car you bought was sold with a new Mot, that had no advisories, Pre-Delivery RAC inspection and 6 months RAC warranty. I am sorry you feel let down but I feel we have been reasonable in this instance and we can not help any problem you have not made us aware of. If you do have further issues please contact us.

Think these guys are fair dealers, they care about their customers and their reputation and the cars are competitively priced.
Bought a Volkswagen from Mossy Lea Motors back in March this year, there was a few issues with the car I wasn't told about which knocks my score down a bit but the bloke was nice who was helping me when I was buying my car because he stayed open an extra hour to let me see the car when I got stuck in traffic. In answer to the last question in this twice, yes I would still recommend this Mossy Lea Motors.
