Outstanding service from start to finish Matthew let me know every step of the way what was happening with the vehicle that we purchased and we organised a collection and delivery and Matthew also notified me of everything from washing the vehicle to service and MOT lovely friendly polite company would recommend to anyone he even turned away people trying to buy the vehicle from underneath us whilst we was finalising everything top man thankyou!

Can't thank matthew at motion motors enough !, left us to view the car and was exactly as described. After our first phone and right up until we met him in person i can honestly say this was the easiest car buying experience we have had. Will definitley be back !

Friendly advice do not buy cars from this place. Went there and after first test drive car was pulling on left. That's after I was calling him to ask are everything good with car. Spend 3 hours to get there. MOTs done in his friends garage as I found out later a lot things wasn't done so MOT shouldn't pass.

Hi Andis, thank's for the review... but since january 2020 i have been running motion motor company and if you check our 30 plus 5 star reviews on auto trader im sure you will soon see how good of a garage we are :) i do not recall seeing you or doing any jobs at an m.o.t station for you as i do not do this until a car is sold. And i did not sell a car to you ? You may have the wrong garage im afraid. But thanks for the 1 star for no reason it is appreciated. i bought a car from Mothion motor Company so first the dealer told me he'll prevailed parcel shelf for the car what i bought from him because there wasn't in.
he told me in one week you can come to pick it up,
i went there in a week he said i didn't receive it yet, he tell me 2 more weeks and ever few weeks i go to him and nothing, in the end i went there but he wasn't there somebody else i ask him where is it the dealer he said i'm the new owner but he look like his brother.
so he was lying to me. after few months the paint start to go of the car for some reason.
i want the body work guy to have a look he said the dealer he polish the car really hard inter the colour became so thin after few car wash it came off.
in the end of the story the COMPANY it is really bad. Do not Buy any thing from this guys.

Bought vehicle endless faults garage not interested. Looks like it's solicitors next. Me personally don't buy anything off of Motion Motor Company, not even a packet of polos cos they will be broke.

I purchased a BMW from this dealership back in May and I am not happy with the service. This car was sold as if it was in perfect condition when in fact i had been involved in a accident and the drivers side had been resprayed. My friend is a mechanic and noticed this. The dealership are denying that they knew about it and when I asked for some of my money back they didn't want to know. The car is lovely and runs great but I didn't like the dishonesty and think they could have knocked some money off.

this customer was given £500 discount on the car when he bought it, no damage was on the vehicle and the car was hpi clear.Ther may have been some paintwork done at some stage the vehicle was over 9 years old
