My partner found the Motiva Direct website when we were looking for a specific model and colour of Nissan Leaf. They happened to have exactly what we wanted and just over a year old for a very reasonable price. From the first contact with Warren until the day I collected the car, everything was absolutely perfect. Communications were all friendly yet professional. Warren was never pushy at all and answered any questions I had fully and very promptly. The quality of the car and the way it has been prepared makes it feel like a brand new car. We live 200 Miles from their location in Stoke on Trent but I'm so glad I decided to collect the car in person rather than have it delivered. I would otherwise have missed the chance to see how immaculate their facility is and how well turned out every car in their stock is. They clearly take great pride in doing what they do extremely well and they simply will not sell a car which doesn't come up to their high standards. I would have no reservations in recommending Motiva Direct to anyone looking for a top quality car at a very reasonable price.

From initial contact with Warren, to agreeing a price including delivery to my door to the car arriving and if anything being better than the pictures, video and description, I can’t recommend these guys enough!

I don't normaly write reviews but felt this is well deserved! worst customer service ever,(shame there isn't minus stars) I travelled from London by train after agreeing to purchase a van. Spoke to Mathew who seemed very charming on the phone ,he sent me a video and photos of the van and I spotted what looked like stains and pointed that out to him and he assured me they were just shadows and took his word for it as I asked him again but reassured me there were no stains..He also stated it had one owner but on the morning I was going to travel there I did a hpi check and found it was 2 owners, however I chose to carry on with the sale regardless but that was the 1st lie.On arriving Mathew was not there as he was on leave but he did tell me that and dealt with his assistant Carl.He gave me the keys to have a look and opened the drivers door and immediately spotted an obvious dip in the lumber support and went to feel it and the cloth went right through to the metal support under the seat, this was not mentioned in any of our conversations but stood out and there was no way they would have not noticed it.Furthermore the stains which i was told were shadows were so obvious and badly stained at that.Also the passenger seat was fraying in the middle again conveniently not mentioned.I was also told before i travelled there were another 2 vans similar in case this one was not suitable but was told they had taken deposits for them when I got there,insidently one of the vans had a dent on the side and a bad scratch at the back only one of the dents were mentioned.After I started pointing things out to Carl he suddenly became uninterested in my custom and walked off with other customers and left me to it.I was now panicking as the day was going and had no return ticket to London as I was almost certain I was going to be driving the van back.I was also going to look at an aygo but was so disappointed with the attitude of the salesman and the condition of the van that I just wanted to get out of there. I didn't even have the time to argue anything as Carl wasn't the one I dealt with in the 1st place.To sum everything up I was lied to and wasted over £100 and my day travelling even when I sent an email to Mathew he didn't bother replying until I contacted someone on the live chat and he didn't reply to my questions in the email he sent so I sent him another.I read the reviews on the 1st page but made the mistake on not seeing them in detail as I noticed a couple of very similar ratings to mine ,absolute nightmare!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I don’t normally write reviews. But, I need to report the positive buying experience from Motiva Direct. Travelling from the West Midlands to Stoke I met Warren and team. I have appreciated the personable, polite and non-pushy service. Thank you. Car company’s have different business models and having purchased a fleet car for the first time I feel I have got a very good deal. Have no fear. Buying from well known dealerships (e.g Arnold Clark, Evans Halshaw etc) can often be a pushy experience but comparing to Motiva prices are higher. So follow my advice, buy newish cars at fantastic prices from Motiva. Thanks Warren also for picking me up from the train station! Kind regards Ben

Warren is a very pleasant helpful person and anything i asked for was no problem what so ever.I have bought many cars over the years and he is definitely y the best by a country mile.He even helped me with delivery as i live 400 miles away in the far north of SCOTLAND.His delivery driver Colin JONES was also very pleasant person.I would recommend them to anyone.I know where i will be going for my next car.
Fantastic hassle free Service with no pressure, Is what we received from Warren Shropshire & the Motiva Direct Team, who not only sell high quality cars, but they commit themselves to looking after their customers. When we arrived the car had only just come in & put on display & hadn't even been valeted, but it was in clean,1st class condition just beautiful. The test drive & price clinched the deal. Warren is very Professional, polite, open & honest, (top bloke) providing us with all the information & the cars history we needed, even the tax, paperwork & the registration documents were sorted for us too. Any problems are rectified without question or hassle. We had impeccable service & the experience we had of buying a new car them was a pleasure from start to finish, the way cars should be bought & would definitely recommend Warren & Motiva Direct to anyone.
