Great service from Dave at Moto Tom. Turned up on the Sunday to find the car was better than described in the ad. Took it out for a test drive with a big grin on my face and by Wednesday had it parked on my drive, Will certainly be revisiting when it's time to change the better halves car !

Arrived at Moto Tom a little jaded after a 2 hour drive, but immediately countered by the relaxed, unpressured atmosphere. David could not have been more helpful, and provided honest, straightforward advice that gave us the confidence we were looking for. Dave couldn't have been more helpful, friendly and professional if he tried. He explained everything and helped us sort all paperwork and bits that were needed before we left. I was looking at every dealer and website for a Nissan Juke 2013 plate for the right price for quite some time and I happen to come across these guys, Mototom. Gave them a call to see if their Nissan Juke was still available for a test drive for the next day and to my surprise it was. Went along the next day with my daughter and met Dave who was very helpful. He let us look around the car in our own time without any interruptions and let us take it out for a test drive, (just my daughter and I). Very impressed with the car and price, told Dave that I would need to part finance the car and he gave me details of a company that they have used before. I purchased the car on the 1st April and I'm still very happy with it. The only thing that I'm disappointed with is with the garage that they use. The Nissan came with 12 months MOT with no advisories but when I took it to my garage that I have been using for a very long time informed me that the tyres and back breaks needed doing and this should of been noted on the MOT certificate. Would definitely use them again but next time I'll be checking the tyres.

This has been one of the best dealers which i have dealt with for buying a used car. I had requested some work to be done on the car (alloys refurbished and parking sensors fitted), the salesman at Moto Tom, David, was very helpful in carrying out this work for me and kept me well informed on the progress of the work. I found that there was a problem with the boot of the car when i went for a viewing, however I put down a deposit as David promised that it would be fixed for my collection date, he kept his word and the car was all ready with the optional extras fitted too. I thoroughly recommend this dealer and i will definitely look to use them again in the future. Joe.

I would like to start this comment with an apology to guys at MotoTom. The thing is, after I bought a car from them some problems came up. It all happened (or I discovered it) just weeks after having bought the car. So, I became very emotional and blamed them for all of it. The thing is, I was so upset that I forgot that they have said from the very beginning to turn to them in case there are any problems. And there were. After eventually contacting them we arranged a check up and replacement of some parts. Some things were covered by the warranty, some at very good discount, for those faults officially were not their responsibility in front of the law. They still were willing to cooperate and cover some of the costs of fixing it. Altogether I can admit that they treat their good name in very high regard and seem to be genuinely decent people in general. So, I am happy to recommend their service and attitude towards customers. They even seem to be ready to suffer some loss if they have to put things right. Of course, nobody should assume that this is a call to start to bully them into all possible repairs and costs etc. We have to keep in mind that those are used cars and there may be some problems. We are talking here about severe problems, which also can not always be so easily detectable. So, the long and the short of all this is – I like those guys at MotoTom and believe they are genuine and decent traders and i would recommend them to others.

We pulled up into the yard at Moto Tom not knowing what to expect, immediately we were welcomed by Tom and were led straight to the car we were interested in, in didn't disappoint - a great car for a great price just as advertised on auto trader. The sales manager quickly, efficiently and friendly led us through the relevant buying procedures and within half an hour the car was mine. They even offered me hospitality to undergo the long insurance calls (which I didn't take up as I wanted to sit in the new car). Overall a great friendly place which deserves a lot of credit and even better cars to go with it.
