Great salesman at Moto Tom. The salesman was helpful and answered any questions that I had. I found they was really easy to talk to and made the purchase simple. Good service and a fine car at a fair price. what more can I say, I would definitely recommend them.

I bought a KIA Sedona (2007 model) in July from these great guys in excellent condition with little mileage for its age. I was first met by David who was excellent with his time and customer service from pre-sales, during the purchase and (especially!) afterwards. David allowed me to take the car for a nice drive and I was won over with this manual version and his excellent service! I had seen a car later that day but its quality and the customer service wasn't a match! A week later, I discovered (after getting it checked) that the compressor was totally gone. To 'Mototom's huge credit, they were on the case straight away. I was dealing with Ben at the time (over the phone) and he really helped. He also very kindly ignored my out of place and unwanted emotional reaction! It became clear to me that the compressor problem was naturally missed because it doesn't even come up on a MOT check-list! This was not their fault! It took a bit of time for the part to return and Dave was following it up for me at all times and I even drove up one afternoon and finally met the owner (Tom) who kindly got on the phone in front of me (on loud speaker) to his contact at 'AllParts'. It was eventually returned to Motom and the A/C. has been working superbly since and the car is a great drive!Two long road trips so far, one yesterday (23rd August!) Tom very kindly offered (himself) to return some of the money I'd paid to get the A/C checked. Excellent dealers overall and fixed a potential huge problem excellently! A special mention to Dave … a great guy! Ben and Tom also really helped! I would definitely recommend these folks! Finally, I have been very, very busy recently so only got the time to write this up now!

Very good service from MotoTom - specifically David who I dealt with. Only had the car a week or so - so it's not possible comment on the long term quality of the vehicle. Short-term tho - very, very happy!! David was very easy to deal with, replied to any questions / phone calls / emails promptly. 10/10 for customer service! Thank you MotoTom / David :)

Bought a Pug 206 CC in April 2016. Have had the car a few months, no issues whatsoever. The garage were very helpful and I could drive away that day and test drive the car. They also assisted me with use of their laptops so that I could arrange my new insurance and Tax etc before I left them. So far, car has been fab and really pleased. Thanks so much

I called about a Panda advertised online and arranged to go and view. Dave picked me up at the station and let me look around the vehicle with no pressure and readied it for a test drive. The car seemed fine, aside from a few small issues that were what you might expect on a 9 year old car. During the test he turned off the stereo so that I could listen for any noises. The only think O would have liked would have been a slightly longer drive, maybe along the A41. On return there was no pressure to buy, documentation was provided and I decide to buy (tried haggling but at the screen price he car was already good value). One day on and 100 miles added and no problem except for a blown sidelight bulb (car was MOTd the day before so I was just unlucky!). Overall, a nice buying experience. Dave and Tom are friendly and I felt at ease with the purchase. So far, so good!

Bought a fiesta from Moto tom and was presently surprised that they had 3 to choose from and all had great spec and all in very good condition for a used car. Felt very at Ease with the sale process and was very happy when I noticed a couple minor things with the car the guy said he would rectify all of these of which he did. great service and even better prices. Great used car dealer.

Dave was the gentleman we dealt with. We were given complete freedom to check the vehicle over, inside and out. We had no feeling whatsoever anything was being hidden from us. The day before we were taken for a drive by another dealer who talked the entire time, had the cricket on the radio real loud and a window wound down. If there had been anything wrong we wouldn't have been able to hear it. None of that here! We were allowed to take the car for a test drive on our own after leaving them with proof of ID. We were out for about twenty minutes. This revealed a problem that had been noted on the advisory section of the recent MOT. They agreed to get it fixed for us though they didn't have to. That repair cost them considerably more than they anticipated but they stuck to the agreement and the car now drives like a new one. We are very pleased with it. Buying a second hand car is always a risky business. We don't expect the dealer to do a forensic examination on a vehicle before selling it on, neither do we want them to hide anything from us. We didn't have that feeling here. Thumbs up from us
