I bought a result traffic for 12.995 told me full service history 1 week after purchase 3 fault hazards came on plus a red warning light contacted garage wasn't bothered the warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on would not recommend stay clear I will b taken company to court

Purchased car in February, its had nothing but problems. Been in the garage 3 times for same problem after they say its been fixed. Failed to show any paperwork for supposed work done on car, asked for this several times. Leaking coolant and oil. This car was sold as good condition and serviced. Ha, jokes! Had to involve the finance company as mototom just ignored all calls and messages. When I did manage to get hold of them they were rude and couldn't be less interested in solving the problem, had your money on your bike attitude. 2 independent reports on this car by finance company, turns out much deeper underlying problems to the tune of £1500 to be fixed. Mototom have still been unresponsive to the finance company and to me. Completely unprofessional rude cowboys. Keep a wide birth. Giving them 1 star is too generous.

It was all going well until I needed reliability from the vehicle I purchased. I assumed a low milage 2020 plate Boxer, described as amazing condition would give me this. However, despite the garage assuring me they gave the vehicle a full service, within the 1st month I have an oil leak from the sump, which they have since admitted they knew about, broken down with a ceased pulley wheel causing power steering to go, and the spare wheel so damaged it's unusable which experts have since told me that it should not have been sold in that condition and tools missing to actually remove the spare wheel! All in all, AVOID. No compensation or slight refund for this costing me over £1000 already which they assured me their warranty would cover which it hasn't!

Cannot recommend this company enough they bent over backwards to fulfil my very picky needs, Van was fully serviced and detailed immaculately so Happy, did exactly what they said they would and even got it ready for me faster than initially agreed, over the moon thank you Regards Peter Southam

Best car garage i have ever been to, the office is a nice clean building and really inviting. I looked over all of the cars they had in stock as i was not sure what i really wanted but needed something bigger. All of the cars i asked about had great service history and were really clean . I finally settled on a car which they are very helpful and spent lots of time with me. The finance company they used gave me a great deal and were very quick and i was able to pick the car up the following day after moto tom had complected and full PDI and service along with a fresh MOT. They have been amazing and have been back since with my father in-law and he has also brought a car aswel. Will be back when i fancy a change.
