Hi We are extremely confused on this situation as we know the vehicle as you put the registration as a reference, and this vehicle had a issue with the heater fan motor for the speed setting, which you was aware of at point of sale. We ordered the part and booked you in also out of memory we dropped you to the station once you brought the vehicle in and picked you up the following day from the station once the part was fitted, also we located the locking wheel nut which you couldn’t find inside the car? And since then had no record of any other faults and this review was months after the repair? Thanks Mototom.
Exceptional Service! Honestly cannot recommend these guys enough. Friendly knowledgeable staff, and Covid aware. I bought a Jag XJ and it was a smooth easy process. On collection, the car was beautifully detailed and everything was ready before I arrived. Unfortunately, something broke the day after collection, and I had to take the car back. The warranty was upheld with no issue and the car repaired with their sincere apologies, despite an immense cost to MotoTom. Thank you guys

Had a bad experience very recently with lockdown and buying a car elsewhere, and this place helped me from start to finish with all this contactless buying and great knowledge on there product.
Very happily surprised with how well they are dealing with the covid safety measurements they have in place, we bought the vehicle over a month ago but deserve a good review as second hand cars can always be a gamble, but they have contacted me and I think this is fair to leave the review now. Very busy garage which has a lot of experience and a quick turn around time.
Absolutely disgusted in the service provided, these guys are CON MEN! Do not buy from here, i bought a van in Dec and after one month of having it the lock system broke, the side door was faulty, the back door fell off as there were so much rust in the hinges that had been built up. Asked them to fix it with my ‘’extended warranty’’ which looks like they add in for everyone. Well it’s a load of bullshit! They avoid getting anything fixed for you. They tell you to come to Hemel Hempstead where the dealership is to get it fixed which is three hours from where I live, they are not willing to pay a local independent garage in your area. Which they stated I could get it fixed from any VAT registered garage local to me. The WORST most UNPROFESSIONAL business I have ever come across. To add to all of this I got a phone call from the con man himself...CHRIS! He Called me unknowingly and I heard everything he had to say about me which took things to a really personal level and the comments made were highly offensive which I have on record. For anyone who is giving second thoughts please read the reviews first!!

Hi thank you for your review We agree we sold you the van as a commercial purchase as your a delivery driver, the van it’s self passed all of our pdi checks how ever at the point of your van braking we agreed if you attend our garage we would replace the door hinge and also fix the central locking problem on the same day to which you attended and we covered your fuel cost, which you was very happy about, at the point of the second problem the warranty company covered your claim of a alternator at no cost to your self and was done in your local garage, we feel this review is not true and does not give a honest review of actually what happened, in relation to the call from our staff member we have spoken to your self about this and he was discussing another customer and car and had nothing to do with your self and your problem, any further problems of issues please feel free to contact us and to date we have resolved all of your problems. bought a car from this company in November and it came with a warranty. Unfortuantly I had to get some work done on the car and when i looked into the warranty and contacted the warranty company I was told that as the mileage was too high and I couldnt claim so the warranty IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER ITS WRITTEN ON. So if you by a car from these people CHECK the warranty details
Rang the day before & 2 hours before arriving to book an appointment to view an Audi S5, the company directors’ own vehicle that he was selling, appointment was booked for me however after driving 75 miles upon arrival was told the vehicle has just been sold to the owner’s friend, the salesperson I spoke to was not at all sympathetic or apologetic and came across as arrogant and not overly concerned. This all could have been avoided if they had been more professional and communicated that the vehicle was going to be sold to the owner’s friend. Overall poor services and will not be using them in the future.

Hi thank you for your review, I would just like to explain a couple of key facts that were not made clear, at the first point of contact from your self to us we explain the details of the car and that we had another gentleman very interested who had already viewed the car, we always Suggest a holding deposit which is refundable to eliminate these situations. How ever on the day you chose to come and see the car the other gentleman turned up out of the blue to have a second viewing with his partner and with the intention of leaving a deposit, we can only apologies for this but unfortunately the car was not reserved and sells on a first come first serve basis. Sorry for any inconvenience
