After looking everywhere for my first car, motornet were the first company I felt happy to buy from. Every member of staff is lovely and very helpful. I could feel they were honest and genuine, which we found to be a rare occurrence when buying a secondhand car. We travelled up from MK to Coventry to buy from this Company. I highly recommend

What can i say about Motonet. I have bought 2 cars from here, my dad has bought 2 cars and my sister has also bought a car from here. This is the only place i or any of my family would buy cars from. The service is above and beyond anywhere else i have ever been. Prices are always good and the staff are full of knowledge and advice. I would never go anywhere else to buy a car. I bought my first car From Motonet it was lovely car ! And we finished and we went for an upgrade! For something better , but my car is for scrap ! Terrible after not even 2 months at all , i went to them to tell them that I have problem with the car , I accepted the car with a defective sunroof trap function broken , but also the steering wheel it wasn't straight! I had to do the alignment for the car paid 150£ new tyres on back 168£ , the engine is shaking in the morning , the front arms when you are braking needed to be replaced, 357£ , i invest already in the car 1300£ , i was crying of my dissatisfaction of the car ... cause you are not expecting for a car dealer to sell you a car like this and in 2 months you have to change everything to that car and they said that they can't do anything the car is not there's responsibility's and with this attitude do not come to them !!!! Very rude!!!!!!!!!! I have proof the bills and receipt ! And everything to proof it! Very disappointed!

I bought a Citroen c4 from here in 2016, I did my research, I even ended up educating the salesman on the common problem of water damage to the electrics because of the windscreen seal clip not being attached properly. I took a risk buying from a dealer like this and it cost me big time! I travelled a reasonable distance to check the car over.. all seemed ok on the drive home, however, the cruise control didn’t work, but that seemed like no big deal at the time .. the following week, the cam belt snapped, even though I was told it had been changed there was paperwork for that, but when my mechanic came out, it defo hadn’t been changed! Luckily none of the valves had blown, so we were able to recover the car for a further cost of £850! .. following from that, a fortnight later, the alternator belt snapped, causing total loss of all the electrics including power steering and abs on the motorway.. then the last straw for me a month later was the total loss of the car as it just Died and was an absolute money pit! I contacted motonet initially and they weren’t interested in the fact that they had lied, provided me with a dud car and dud paperwork! I bought a vw in the end from a private seller to replace what I bought from here!

I recently bought a car from Motonet and 8 weeks later the car suddenly would not start. Called R.A.C to look at the car and they could not get the car to start . so I called motonet the next day and there reply was I needed to call the finance company because it is the immobilizer at fault . so I called them and I had to input a code but guess what the car still did not start. the finance company said I needed to call motonet . guess what did not really wanted to know they said I need to get the car to a garage to be inspected . the reason there would not come to me to inspect the car is that I live to far away from them . both motonet and the finance company are blaming each other so in big letters AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS THEY DO NOT WANT TO KNOW ONCE YOU BUY A CAR FROM THEM.
