Absolute nightmare. Paid deposit on car and then got called Thursday to say it was ready but told to collect following Monday. We turn up Monday having investigated their “compulsory pay it or don’t get the car £199 admin fee” and found there are no mentions of this in their t&c’s. Told that nothing could be done, just walk away and lose deposit so went ahead and paid remainder to find car not charged so was unable to leave. Then because I left a honest google review they then refused to hand the car over. We had to get the police involved to get a refund & have contacted Trading Standards.

I recently had an extremley unpleasent experience at this dealership. I initially processed finance for a car online, and Ali, one of the sales representatives, assured me that I could secure financing for £35 more than the online quote. He presented me with an option to add a 24-month warranty for just £6 more per month. Seemingly reasonable at the time, I agreed to this revised quote. However, when I received the finance agreement after they had conducted a hard credit check. It turned out that the warranty actually cost £26 per month, not the £6 that I was led to believe. They had included this inflated cost in the finance agreement, which amounted to over £1000, including interest. I was also told that I should have the warranty because of a long journey I'd be undertaking. When I refused the warranty, Ali attempted to coerce me by implying that I'd "probably" be declined for finance and they would only be able to secure this at higher rate. This was clearly a tactic to pressure me into the sale with the warranty. To make matters worse, I requested to speak with the sales manager, who continued to push the warranty at the inflated price of £26 per month. When I refused once more, I was informed that there would be a £199 admin fee for not taking out an additional product. This "admin fee" was nowhere to be found on their website. When I raised this issue, the sales manager put me on hold and then claimed that the admin fee was actually a "silver package" not listed on the website, which included an MOT and a 150-point check on the car. I strongly believe this was nothing more than a charge to compensate for the commission they lost when I declined the warranty. I strongly advise anyone dealing with this dealership to request their finance documents prior to a credit check, to check for any additonal warranties added on at an inflated cost, as I've now had a hard search on my credit file. I have reported this experience to trading standards

We have had the same issue with the admin fee. We pointed out it’s not on their website, auto trader ads or eBay listings and was told it’s an admin fee. Even on the invoice there’s an asterisk next to it but no asterisked information! Arranged collection 4 days ago and turned up to a flat electric car despite them knowing we live over 50 miles away. Wish we had seen your review before my dad committed to the purchase. Think we had same sales person also
Car is great but salesman and manager are all lying, arrogant scum. Viewed a car after driving 4 hours to get there, car was scraped all along one side and mirrow smashed, none of which was listed in the ad. Got promised paintwork would be sorted before collection and that we could collect in 2 weeks time. Contacted salesman 2 days in a row before collection to check everything would be ready for us to collect as it was a long drive, assured us it was. Got there to find out the paint job they had done was totally different colour to the rest of the trim. When asked why they didnt tell us before we got there, Taj the salesman just said not not down to him to tell us, pics he had sent were not clear views of the damaged areas. When we asked to speak to the manager, he came and basically said not his problem and to either buy the car or dont buy it. They had us over a barrel as my husband had to go on to margate for work after the purchase and i had no way to get back to bournemouth from east sussex. Knowing this, they even then threatened to not sell us the car, which would have left me stranded!!! Needless to say fuming is an understatement!!! And DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS CONPANY!!! And yes they typo is deliberate. Just to add since leaving this review, the company director has since called and been very threatening!

Motor 4 U sold us a faulty BMW 435i with serious engine faults that showed only 2 days after owning the vehicle. The diagnostics show that the engine faults were cleared from the iDrive prior to being sold to us. Motor 4 U claimed the BMW was serviced prior to it being sold to us, but the oil warning light that came on the dash on day 2 of owning the vehicle says otherwise. Motor 4 U claimed the BMW passed an MOT prior to it being sold to us, the BMW had engine faults relating to emissions on diagnostics. The BMW (reg YE63 BVS) needs a full engine work up, it needs stripping to find the serious faults and possibly new components adding. We were quoted a minimum of £2k to fix - not the fix I want after owning the car for 2 days. Alex assured us the vehicle was in full working order with no faults showing before us purchasing the car. Despite accepting the car back, Pasha and his team were rude, refused to accept responsibility and showed no signs of remorse. Accepting a faulty car back you sold for £13k is the absolute bare minimum a dealership should be offering. We have had no apology from them whatsoever. Their communication is appalling. What a waste of time, money and stress Pasha and team have caused us. Even the collection driver couldn’t believe we were expected to pay return costs for a dodgy car. You will have a hard time getting a refund. Do not buy from this dealership and do not put your trust in them. Typical dodgy, pushy sales folk!

Thank you for your review, however I feel compelled to reply due to your dishonesty regarding the truth behind the whole situation , the car went through our vigorous workshop check prior to delivery and was serviced and had a new mot (not done by ourselves) , I appreciate during the first few days it showed a warning light and you called and expressed a wish to return the vehicle , the normal procedure would be to get a diagnostic check locally and then either have it repaired at your leisure or return the vehicle , due to your urgency to return the car we accepted the return and you agreed to pay for the return costs , after we helped yourself find a more reasonable transport company which we sourced and paid for you advised you were not going to pay for it , we deducted it from your refund to which you replied I ma going to write a terrible review of your company , it was not us who changed the goal posts but yourself , if you think I have been dishonest hen please call myself to discuss this matter 01580879666 Sheik Hassan
Our car was stolen and I called Mothers4U to ask for a copy of the purchase receipt for my insurance claim. We purchased the car 1.5 years ago. I was told they don't keep paperwork that far back. They only keep receipts for the past 12 months. I said we spent ages there while you put everything into the computer system could you not print that out. He said they updated their systems, so no. I was told that they 150 cars a month, so they can't keep all those receipts, (150 receipts a month is not that many.) I wonder what HMRC would make of their lack to paperwork. He also seemed to miss the whole point, our car was stolen and we were now going to purchase another car. If they'd been any help at all to us, we would've gone back to them and bought the car from them. But the rude customer service and lack of making any effort to help us raised our suspicions of them as a company.

I purchased a car from motor4u which subsequently broke down within subsequently broke down within four month of owning it. under consumer rights Lew they legally have to fix the car if it breaks down within six months, I informed them of this to which they refused and wouldn't even take a look the car. I had no option to pay for costly repair myself and take them to small claims court, the judge ruled in my favour and set a county court judgement against motor4u and ordered them to pay me £5065.21. Omar and he's dad Sheik are two of the most dishonest people I've ever gad the misfortune of doing business, they even tried to argue with the judge and say he was wrong and they only had to repair the car within three months, they tried one last time to wriggle out of paying by telling the judge they was going to Appeal the decision to witch he rightly withdraw their right of appeal ad they had been so dishonest throughout the court appearance, I would advise anyone to avoid motor4u at all cost as they are very dishonest and also have a ccj set against them. I just wish I read all their bad reviews before I set foot in their showroom then I wouldn't of touched them with a bargepole.

I bought a nissan x-trail over a month ago from these guys. I was told to leave with the car and was promised that I would have v5c transferred under my name, receive spare key and full service history with nissan by the end of the week. After multiple calls and 1 month later I only received the car key and v5c transferred to my name, still missing service history of any kind let alone from Nissan, the next day when I called and asked about it, the guy over the phone was very rude and told me as the car is now transferred under my name he won’t do anything and do whatever I can, throughout the time before the car was transferred under my name I was told that they have the history but the moment he transfers the car he becomes very rude over the phone. I was scammed into paying for something that they didn’t provide and lied throughout, I would recommend to avoid this place as the service is worst ever and One of their guys is very very rude.
