Excellent family run business. Very hospitable and have never had any issues when selling my cars to them. I would highly recommend Motor 4U Ltd when it comes to purchasing a car or selling your motor.
I had the pleasure of visiting motor4u showroom on the weekend. I must say the customer service was at it's highest quality, I found the salesman named Pashsa incredibly helpful and not pushy at all when it came to buying the car I wanted. A company I would 100% recommend to anyone whose looking for the best deals and all round great customer service. Motor4u will always get my vote.
The lad Omar at Motor 4U ltd was a great guy, I would use this dealership again if they had the right car at the right time as I live very far away. As a business they were great and I was happy with how buying the car turned out.

Purchased a 2011 BMW 5 series , in March 2015, was made to feel welcomed and left on my own to check the car and even test drive it with my wife and children , professional service together with a great price and business structure , I will be back
I purchased my first car from this dealership last year 2014, the salesman were very helpful and I was allowed to take the car out on my own to try it properly. They were not pushy or rude, and the mechanic Keith went right through all the instruments, my car was prepared properly with a service and valet before I collected it. Try it for yourself , the price was excellent too.

AVOID MOTOR 4 U IN CROYDON I recently purchased a BMW 520D M sport from motor 4 u in Croydon. Price paid £8400. Motor 4 u had given a 3 month warranty which is not worth the paper its written on. Trust me I had to spend in excess of £1000 on repairs and had the car less than a week covered less than 300 miles. Im still finding issues This dealer will not stand by any faults when you buy a car from them.They will fob u off until you go away. My advise to anyone thinking of buying a car from them should avoid at all costs they will tell you what you want to here take your money and leave you high and dry. Worst service I have ever had from any dealer.
We feel like we were deceived into buying a car that has cost us in excess of £1400 in repairs within 4 weeks of purchase. The garage staff were rude and not helpful at all in resolving any of the issues that arose within a week of purchase. Please avoid so you do not get treated like we did by MOTOR4U.
