Dear reader, Disconsider all negative comments. Motor Car Warehouse in Wembley is a reputable garage! Ozzy is a very pleasant gentleman who is prepared to go the extra mile for his customers. He is also very straight when it comes to business, he is prepared to answer any questions, share all paperwork and discuss any particular details, both financial and car-related. I am a solicitor, so believe me I can read people well. I do not understand why and how are people able to misjudge Ozzy and his garage - surely any clash/arguments involve two sides. These are used cars, so if you want to play it safe, organise an AA health check prior to purchase for extra piece of mind. I suspect there are a lot of tyrekickers around and there is only one way a reputable businessman such as Ozzy could respond - hence the negative feedback. I purchased a Mercedes CLS 2009 in an astonishing condition with proved service history and lots of paperwork supporting this. Ozzy was very patient to go through it with me. On top of this, Ozzy arranged a fresh MOT within the same day of purchase, offered 2-day insurance and arranged the purchase of Road tax COMPLETELY FREE OF CHARGE! I highly recommend buying from Motor Car Warehouse as they seem to be sourcing quality vehicles from main dealers and the customer experience is on a level.

Found my car on Auto Trader, the garage was 200 miles away, but it was the model I was looking for , with the correct specification. Rang Motor Car Warehouse and they answered all the questions honestly and inspired me with confidence. 3 days later, I bit the bullet and set off on the early train to London. I had booked a return ticket, just in case all was not as described. On arrival I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner. The car was exactly as described, and an hour later I was heading north on the M40 with a smile on my face. Very happy and will definitely speak to this company again when I am ready for another change. Well done Motor Warehouse. !

Unfortunately, I have had a rather unpleasant experience with this dealer. Although I really liked the car, the glove box broke open during test drive. I was assured that this will be fixed they just need to order replacement part. I decided to buy this car, trusting the minor issue would be sorted. Apparently they cannot find the part for the past 1.5 month to fix it. When I said I will expect a refund if the box won't be sorted as it was part of the agreement, the manager raised his voice saying we can meet in court and that he had these type of situations before. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
