I sincerely echo what another customer has put ......... They have outstanding customer service when you want to buy a car from them, but when you need additional assistance, they can not be bothered in the slightest. The worse customer service I've received to date! Absolutely appalled.

Absolute rubbish! you know I purchased the car but once again trying to wriggle out of any responsibility. Absolute disgrace. Clearly don’t want to build your business on reputation.

I have just purchased a Mercedes c220 cdi from Motor Company Walsall and have had excellent service from them...nothing to much trouble and am extremely satisfied with my car... Would definitely recommend them and use this company again..

Pretty good dealership. I bought a Ford Galaxy in June and up to now I have had no issues at all. The car was in quite good condition and was a good, fair price. The dealers were helpful and knowledgeable and I would recommend this dealership.

In June I bought a Saab from this dealership and I am very happy with it. The vehicle was really clean and matched its description perfectly. I am very happy with the price and think its good value for money. I have had no issues what so ever up to now and the dealers were very helpful and able to answer any questions. I would highly recommend.

I'm generally happy with how everything went at this Motorpoint dealership in Walsall, the dealer wasn't that welcoming if im being totally honest. I would say its sort of 'are you buying the car or not type of thing', could definitely do with a more friendly customer service but aside from that the car itself is great and is driving perfectly in the few months of owning it.
